nice clean hotel, good service, good location. Minor gripe: no tissues in room. Small room, no room to put luggage. would be nice if there were a folding luggage rack.

Mycket trevlig personal! Serviceinriktat. Frukost bra. Enda som var mindre bra var att det var ett litet rum. Inte 16 kvm som jag trodde jag beställt, men rent och fräscht (med AC). Nära till Queensway och Bayswater underground. Kommer bo här igen.

A small, but professionally run hotel within walking distance of two underground stations, and a 45 minute walk to the city centre. Decent choice and reasonably priced breakfast. Quite quiet surroundings, and with Hyde Park just opposite, it’s a very nice and safe area to walk around.

Cute boutique hotel in Paddington. Room was small. Beds were comfy with nice pillows and pretty curtains. They could use new decorative pillows though, as they were shabby. Room was clean. My least favorite part was that the room was in the basement and the basement hallway had an awful smell, like they used a strong deodorizer to cover something up. Thank goodness the room didn't have that smell or I would have complained and asked for a different room. The front desk staff was amazing and the room was okay, so I give it 4 stars. It would have been 5 if not for the hallway odor.

Die Duschtür ist in tausende Glasteile ohne Grund zerborsten. Das war äußerst gefährlich. Zum Glück hat gerade keiner geduscht. Das Hotel konnte uns kein Austauschzimmer im gleichen Hotel anbieten. Mussten in ein ganz anderes Hotel umziehen, mehrere U Bahn Stationen entfernt, was aber gut geklappt hat. Für die Umstände haben wir keinerlei Schadensersatz erhalten.

We got to the hotel early before check-in, and they hold our luggage for us, at 2pm, the room was ready, it was what we were expecting in terms of space, and it was clean, closed to Hyde Park and the tube station, we enjoyed the surroundings. Breakfast was a plus, and it was delicious, English Style breakfast every day, the people were really nice. We will stay again, thank you!
