From moment we arrived it was apparent that the hotel was very clean, very well presented and staffed by people who cared. Our room was, large, well equipped, spotlessly clean and quiet. We ate a very good dinner in the restaurant, had a drink in the warm and cosy bar beforehand, all excellent. Buffet Breakfast was top quality as well. Breakfast staff were also very warm and welcoming. Location for a short walk to the beach is convenient and well worth it. Upon arrival, we were first met by Jody, who was very helpful and informative, all the staff we met were excellent, so to stand out Jody made a great effort. We will certainly return and have already recommended to our friends.

We stayed in one of the luxury rooms, which was outstanding. As always, the staff were kind ,friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and we had one evening meal which was superb. Caley is a fantastic Hotel in a wonderful location. It is one of our happy places. Thanks again, we will be back soon.

Always a wonderful stay. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. Well appointed, clean rooms . Smashing food. Have been visiting for many years. Very dog friendly and well placed for walks on the beautiful beach.

Staff and food are the key reasons I’m awarding 5 stars. They dealt with everything even though I forgot to complete the info before arrival.
Room was lovely and clean and loved sitting by the log fire near the bar.
As a traveller without a dog, I found all the dogs and owners great and appreciated they were separate in the main restaurant.

Everywhere was super clean.
Breakfast was tasty with a good variety.
Dinner was also of good quality & reasonable value.
The room, shower & bed were all quite snug but adequate. I had been advised at the time of booking that the bed was only regular size.
