Second time staying in this property, but the experience was very different this time. Property was on 8th floor at side of building, so the view was of the building next door and the stadium. View was OK, flat was spacious. When booking there is no choice or indication of which flat you will get, so I would not stay here again. Many issues, some of which were resolved during the stay, some of which were not. Don't expect to be able to cook in this flat. The kitchen lacked a full set of cutlery, there was one tumbler, no kitchen knives, no tea towel, no oven gloves. Multiple requests got me a teatowel and some cutlery, but the glasses and kitchen knives never arrived. The property was not clean. There was cutlery left in the dishwasher that was encrusted with dirt, the dishwasher was not clean - looks like it had been there for a while due to the bad smell. Dishwasher was cleaned during my stay after I complained (twice). Other rubbish included dirty tissues and a used hairbrush under the bed which I found when the bedroom started to smell bad. The throw on the sofa was dirty and stained, so I had to put it through the washing machine. The curtain rail ni the bedroom was broken (notified but not fixed) and the panel above the oven was broken and fell on the floor. You will need to buy toilet roll, they provided one roll per week.

Apartment was great the only slight problem was the heating was turned up to 27 degrees so it took forever to cool down. I would 100% stay here again

Great location and a very pleasant and place to stay

Check in and arrival was easy, clear location for key pick up. Building was great and the room was very clean. Though upon arrival, there was a strange smell in our room with the bathroom very humid - perhaps a plumbing issue. The staff were helpful upon departure via a phone call. I would note that the property is only 21+ and residents must live outside the 15 mile radius of the property. Though this is not mentioned prior to booking the property. Furthermore, you are required to provide your ID for check in, again, after you’ve paid and reserved the property

Perfectly appointed apartment - great location for me as i was staying in Liverpool for the Everton game and was walking distance to the stadium

Generally the apartment was good - nice space, bed was comfy, shower was good. However it wasn’t the cleanest, generally could do with a good clean, the sofa needed hoovering and the bathroom could do with a really good scrub. The oven needed a good clean and the trays. The kitchen wasn’t best equipped which was a real downside for me as I was staying there as I’m travelling for work weekly and wanted somewhere I could cook. There was limited pans and no sharp knife, and having the ‘microwave oven’ combined made it difficult to cook easily. If you’re not planning on cooking then it’s a great place to stay but this could be improved and the cleaning needs to be better. The main building was easy to find and get the keys. Gym was good although pretty busy at peak times.

Sainsbury's nearby. Clean room. Lovely views. Issues checking in (wrong key code sent) which took about 30 minutes to resolve as the numbers to contact are remote. The microwave and dishwasher power was off and took a long time to locate. Water was also switched off on arrival.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect spot for sight seeing and restaurants etc.

Would suggest some fans for the bedrooms, was very hot at night & although we left windows open, the wind whistled through the apartment & the doors were rattling too. Also the water temperature in the shower in the blue bedroom stayed too hot so we couldn’t use that shower, not a huge issue as there was two but you might want to check for future guests. Having said that we would definitely stay again & will recommend to anyone coming to Liverpool.

apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Cinema room is an added bonus as is the terrace on a sunny day. Would stay again.

Great apartment with amenities in a perfect location on the docks. Surprisingly cheaper than most hotels were charging for a Saturday night. Modern and very clean. Prepare for a £50 deposit and to take a photo of ID to upload for the pre-checkin process.
