La nostra esperienza in questo hotel è stata a dir poco negativa cominciando dalla pulizia polvere ovunque lampadari pieni di polvere così come la ventola del bagno intonaco del soffitto del bagno che quasi ci cadeva addosso senza saponi Per non parlare delle gomme da masticare attaccate al muro. Materassi scomodissimi con le con le molle che ti si conficcavano nella schiena. Uniche cose positive la colazione anche se con pochissima scelta e la posizione comodissima per raggiungere il centro di Londra è servitissima di mezzi di trasporto pubblico.

Dreadful state of repair. Cheap but not worth the money

Staff very rude. Doing some work around the area into the new year. Will not stay there again.

I can live with the small rooms in London but even for London this room/bathroom was small. What I can’t live with are the BED BUG! Bites all over my body, no sleep, no help from “No English staff”! Even the fella who said “bugs? What kind of bugs? Ok no worry I clean!” I never saw again. I booked 11 nights only because Chiswick Court Hotel was on EXPEIDA and I have always trusted Expedia. But BED BUGS, dirty walls, dirty everywhere, everything needing repair and me left vacation ruined. Bug bites, sick for a week when I got home and everything thrown away because of BED BUGS!!! I was very sick for a whole week and I need restitution and to know that I can trust the places on Expedia will be place people want to stay. George Boyd

Shown room ensuite shower thick black mould on silicon seal. Grotty black ceiling in bathroom. No plug for sink to hold water in. The room had an unpleasant unidentifiable smell and stains on bedding and in worn carpet, light in room without shade. No brewing facilities provided. I asked for another room which had wetroom a bit cleaner but the toilet wouldn't flush. Breakfast described as continental, it was only white bread toast tea and coffee juice milk or orange juice. Grandson asked if there were any cereals to be told there were none.

Not too bad, but not great either. Depends on the room allocated.

The hotel is very rundown and in need of a thorough refurb. Decor and furniture is in very poor condition, even the mattress was tired and very uncomfortable.

Enjoyable stay. Comfortable hotel with pleasant, accommodating staff. Transport directly outside the hotel in a beautiful area of Chiswick.

The staff member on saturday evening was rude and ignorant, room had not been serviced although i had been out all day. He didnt even offer a clean towel or apologies, he continued eating and talking with food spilling out of his mouth and onto the floor, saying 'what do you want me to do? '.i will never recommend this place to anyone else.

Hi I booked the hotel for 4 nights in a single room. I arrived late around midnight and the reception area the corridors smells of cigarettes and you could feel the smoke. My room was in the top floor and the walls was very dirty and with a lot of paint patches. The single bed has some inclination that makes me move all the time towards the walls so very unconfortable. The window didn't close properly so a draft of air was present during the night. Inside the room there was a very old fridge that made a lot of noise and was dirty again. I found a few short black hair in the bed which was not very pleasant. As you may imagine I could not sleep so I cancel the other 3 nights and they gave me my money back. I then booked the rest of my stay in another hotel which was very basic but clean and confortable.
