City Heart Brighton

Great location but quite noisy. We stayed on a weekend and as the clubs and pubs emptied out there was a lot of shouting and singing from the street so just be aware of that. Room was comfortable and clean but a little underwhelming for the price. Staircase up to room is very narrow so quite difficult to negotiate with luggage. Would not recommend for a person who is not too mobile.

I loved the whole area, quite beautiful and full of activity and bustle. It wasa lovely resort feel.

Great location. Of course, a bit noisy ... because of the great location in the middle of everything. This might be an issue in the summer if you wanted to have the windows open but I didn't find it a problem at all.

Was a lovely stay, great set up and location, perfect for lots of shopping and good food, the only downside was that the shower was not very hot at all, after a long day in the cold a hot shower was something we really needed, so we did spend most of our stay freezing unfortunately, bed was very comfy and was fabulous that you could connect your own Netflix to the TV, thank you for a nice weekend away :)

Last minute getaway for us, right in the middle of it, perfect location, nice little apartment.

Really lovely little place, although there's no outside space theres a bay window with seating that was just as good for people watching in the evening Had a little trouble with the bathroom door and the hosts sent someone over to fix it straight away Such a good location too!

The hosts were lovely and helpful. The location near the ocean, the shops and the royal Pavillion was perfect.

En fin lägenhet centralt i vackra The Lanes och nära piren. Bra och rymlig med fint kök. Nackdelen var att när vi kom fanns ingen toalettpapper så man fick gå och handla det som krävs för daglig behov.

The flat is nice and it had everything we need it. Very clean and cozy. The is quite noisy but it didnt disturbed us that much.

Great little studio in the centre of Brighton, close to Pier and the Lanes. Parking is very difficult, but that's Brighton. Noisy street at night, but that's city centre for you. Easy access to building and studio, good communication with owner, good value for money too compared to other accommodation in the area.

Our overall stay was good but studio could have been cleaner and shower needs to be faster.

Very happy with accommodation. Walking distance to everything. Very reasonably priced! Would definitely stay again!

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Smack in the middle of everything in town and only a 7-8 min walk from the station. Apartment was very clean and well presented. Iron and hairdryer included. The only real downside was the thin windows in the property that didn’t block a lot of the outside noise. Some of the rowdy pub goers (of which I was one!) could be very noisy in the early hours. If you’re a heavy sleeper, you’ll be fine, but light sleepers or couples that aren’t there for heavier drinking sessions might not be so forgiving. But other than that, really can’t complain. Thank you.

Great location and nice appartment. A little noisy from outside but it didn’t spoil it for us.

The hosts were very responsive and provided brilliant information with regards to location and check in. The studio was bigger than it looked in the pictures and very, very clean. Nothing was too much for them. Would absolutely stay again.

This was a decent little apartment in the heart of Brighton. The location is near to everything and the place was spotless. The only thing I would flag is it is quite noisy at night as it is in a main area for bars/restaurants etc. But apart from that it was great.

Had a great stay, in a fantastic location. Only issue I had was the noise from the street till the early hours but can hardly fault the property for that one.

The room is perfectly situated in the centre of town. left is the sea side in a straight line walk of about 2 minutes. Loads of shops, restaurants, bars, all around. Perfect for Location. Room is lovely and spot on for one to two people. I didn't use the kitchen but can see it has all the required stuff. The only issue that I had (and its on other reviews) was the outside noise at night. Human noise pollution and vans etc - just a note take something to block the noise. I'd stay again too but I didn't sleep well. Also found out that its is freshers week!

Loved the location, perfect for our needs although is noisy on the weekends but we expected that and it’s no bother to us. Size of space was good, had everything we needed. It was a scorching weekend and so the apartment was super hot even with the windows wide open. A fan would’ve been handy. Bed was way too soft and it killed my back but that’s just my personal experience. Narrow steep staircase to walk up to room door - no bother for us but just as an FYI for others. We ate at Love India a few doors down 10/10 We also locked ourselves out of the apartment and we contacted the host who very quickly responded and it was resolved very quickly on a Sunday morning - thank you!
