클래식 하이드 파크 호텔

There was no free WiFi as advertised, no breakfast despite paying extra in advance and ive been bitten by either fleas/bed bugs despite moving rooms. Ive made a formal complaint and informed environmental health.

Arrived at the hotel and told to phone a number on the door to be let in - no answer. Had to walk to their other hotel where we eventually stayed. Told at the check in that there would be no breakfast even though we had paid for this for both mornings. One room smelt of cigarettes, both rooms were dirty and appliances did not work. Reception was not helpful at all, had no clue what was going on. Would not recommend at all.

We have stayed in some basic and rough places but nowhere as awful as this disgusting 'hotel'. It was so dirty and offensive that we left after seeing the room and went elsewhere. Do not book this place, it should be condemned.

nothing i book a breakfast on the morning i left was told due to covid there was no breakfast i paid for one did get it the hotel needs updating the roof had a leek down stairs kitchen fan was on till 11pm surley staff this not god enough do not go this hotel you wasting your money i will ask for a refund

I was told there will be breakfast for me n my family but there wasn’t. And the TV wasn’t working. This was a domestic holiday for me n my family because of Covid 19. But we had to go out for lunch and before theirs tv wasn’t working.

I traveled solo, was given a single room on the fourth floor. Nothing to complain except no lift. Staff were all friendly and helpful, the complimentary breakfast was amazing. Lovely room, clean and renovated bathroom, really enjoyed my two nights stay there.

Good budget hotel near to Paddington station. Room was very small and the bed a bit soft for my liking. Not much space to store clothes. All very clean though, including the bathroom. Some rusted fittings but of no consequence. It was clean and very cheap for central London so I wasn't expecting the Ritz. Nice, if somewhat eclectic selection, breakfast buffet. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Rigtig god lokation, og fine værelser. Dog kan jeg ikke anbefale morgenmaden, den er meget simpel. Men kan godt anbefales!

Fint hotel til billige penge

Meget små men hyggelige værelser. Toilet kun til mindre størrelser ;) Mange trapper! Udemærket morgenmad. Etlagsvinduer bevirker at støj fra gaden er meget generende om natten. Tæt på metro.

Ihan ok pikku hotelli. Siisti. Ulkoa ääniä ei yöllä kuulunut mutta sisältä kyllä jonkinverran. Lämmin vesi riitti hyvin kolmelle. Lisäpeite kolmannelle saatiin pyynnöstä. Vähän vetoisa huone, ilmanvaihto toimi vain vessassa. Aamiainen ok: munia, paahtoleipää, jugurttia, makeita kakkusia + kahvia/teetä.

The staff were great but the property is tired and needs decorating! My room wasn’t dirty but it was clean either! Skirting boards needed a wipe and don’t think anything had been pulled out for a while! Breakfast was brilliant, towels and Ben linen good quality too! Shower hot and strong

Just over 5 mins walk from Edgeware and Padington tubes, this is a converted 5 story house just off the main road in a partially residential area. Wasn't able to check in at 12, but reception took care of the luggage. Single room on the top floor was pleasant enough with space to walk all the way round the bed. Fan is provided as top floor is warm and there's no air conditioning. Found the window could be left open as flies don't get that high. Plentiful tea and coffee making, soap and shampoo were supplied, but there was no soap on the first day. Room was cleaned and towels replaced every day. Plenty of power points, had three things charging at once. Breakfast is in the basement till 9:30 each day - only saw self service continental, but it looked like things could be cooked as well. Can only speak for the upstairs room which was fine. Not sure what ground floor or basement rooms might be like. Older people should be aware that it 74 steps from the front door to the top floor rooms, there aren't any lifts, and it's 89 steps to the top from the basement. Overall well located, reasonable presentation and facilities, 24 hour reception ensuring safe luggage storage, well located for the subway and Hyde Park.

Good location close to the metro station very friendly staff all around great for the money that you pay. Buffet is good.

Værelset var virkelig lille, lå lige udenfor trapperne ned til morgenmad området, så der var larm. Værelset virkelig lille. Toilettet skulle vi bakke ind i. Vinduet revnet, så godt der ikke var frost grader udenfor. Rene håndklæder hver dag, samt rengøring. Morgenmaden var egentligt ok. En morgen gik toasteren i stykker, så vi kunne ikke få brød og ingen gjorde noget ved det. Ikke særlig service minded personale, kunne knap tale engelsk. Dejligt område, ikke langt fra undergrunden og spisesteder.
