매우만족해요

가족 단위의 손님에게 적합한 대형 호텔입니다. 약간 시설이 오래된 감이 없잖아 있는데, 크게 불편할 정도는 아니었고, 내부 공간이 런던 호텔치고 정말 넓은 편이어서 편안하게 사용했습니다.

For over 100 quid a night ive had better rooms, room M7 on the Mezzanine floor overlooked the trainline, no AC, and small double with uncomfy pillows but for 2 nights its ok. The bar closing at 10 is a bit crap, however it was quite cold and having baseball on tv wasnt really interesting

Clean, comfortable, good value for money. From the outside hotel looks a bit shabby, but inside was fine. Only negative feedback was the buffet full English was more or less cold, but lots of other alternatives to eat instead

Hotel desperately needs a face-lift. Hope a remodel is in it's future plans to bring it up to par with almost everything else in the Kensington area. Location is perfect though

I’ve been staying at this hotel since 2007 and whilst I understand that the international covid crisis impacted the entire industry, some of the changes aren’t for the better. I love the location and easy access to many things. However, I’m definitely disappointed that the rooms, furniture and bathrooms are tired showing a lack of upkeep. I know they’re trying to maintain that old world charm but you can do that in a much better way!! The staff are generally very pleasant and helpful. I paid for a club room which no longer offered the perks that made the price difference understandable. I arrived at 1:30pm from an international flight and was told that whilst my room may be ready, if I wanted to check in before 3pm I would have to pay a £50 early check in fee!! To be fair, when my flight was cancelled due to an airline strike, they were very accommodating when I requested to remain in the room that I was already using. Overall, I’m not sure sure that I would stay at the Coothorne Tara Hotel again.

Arrived late in evening (we had advised them of this) to find reception was confused abt our booking and took quite a while to sort it out. I had, at their budding ‘checked in’ the day before online. (Why this digital innovation is considered useful to the guest, I don’t know.) We had been told that parking was free but were informed after arrival it would cost over £30 a night. Our room was ‘tired’, ie it looked like it had not been refurbished in 25 years, and it badly needed improvement. But public areas were tidy and modern.

Cleanliness of rooms and quality of towels

We have stayed here 2 nights. Hotel is quite dated, rooms are very dated and not spacious enough. We had a club room. The toilet broke numerous times and if it wasn't for my handy husband we would not have been able to use it as engineering came and "fixed" it for all of 2 minutes. I would never rate this hotel 4 stars.

浴室花灑水非常小，本人中長度頭髮，結果只是清洗乾淨洗髮精要15分鐘，第二天早上向酒店方反應情況，但維修人員即使在房間外弄大掣即無補於事，反應事件，等候時間加修理時間，花了個多小時。酒店方答應換房，但要多住原本方間一天。甘當然本人要再花時間執行李及depack 。另亦想提一件小事，回港當天為夜機，要擺行李在酒店，他們是要收費的，如此做法實有點小家子。

Reception staff very good. Bell boys not very familiar with facilities available in hotel. They were not very helpful. Room clean but wood furniture worn/dated could do with an update looks about 30 yrs old. Hotel in good location as only few mins walk away.

Maybe do a little upgrade of the facilities

Very conveniently located and was good value for location and room size. Hotel is quite dated, like 20-30y since last renovation but good service and room was spacious. They could at least upgrade the pillows, would make a big difference, long flat and lumpy. Staff was lovely

Very convenient location. No gym or pool though. Approach to the entrance is spoiled due to poor external planning. Walking across 100 metres of roadway tarmac seems daunting and uninspiring.

Een goed hotel met comfortable bedden en probleemloos internet.De ondergrondse is vlakbij evenals een winkelstraat met ruim winkelaanbod.

Service was fantastic and hotel is clean. But the hotel is old and can use renovations.

Surprisingly good value for the money
