코츠월드 로지 호텔

체크인 전 도착시 짐을 맡아줘서 개인적인 업무를 보러 갈때 짐을 다 가지고 가지 않아도 되어 편리했습니다. 그리고 직원들이 매우 친절했습니다. 주변에는 편의 시설이 없고 중심가에서도 약간 떨어져 있지만 버스정류장과 가깝습니다. 객실은 깨끗했습니다. 다만 방음이 잘 되지 않고, 발코니의 문이 잘 잠궈지지 않아 밤에 약간 걱정이 되었습니다.

Stayed for 6 nights last week. Very friendly and kind staff, clean and comfortable room, well equipped bath facilities, excellent breakfast buffet. 10-15 walking distance from city center along the wide and safe main street. Classic exterior, quiet environment. The hotel has no elevator - that's the only inconvenience for carrying heavy luggage. Excellent hotel to stay.

호텔은 매우 편안했지만 방은 매우 좁았다. 조식은 맛있었다. 호텔직원은 친절했다. 옥스포드의 전통적인 느낌을 얻을 수 있어서 좋았다.

Great hotel. Staff are exceptional: always welcoming, helpful and polite.Breakfast was great: served quickly and decent choices. There is plenty parking at hotel so you don’t have any distance to walk with luggage. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel where the buses are frequent and drop you in the town centre or you can walk the 20 minutes. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean. The only downside was visiting during a heatwave as the room was exceptionally warm and the fan was an essential addition to the room although air conditioning would have been great. The service from the staff in this hotel is the best.

We had a really nice stay. Our room was clear and well appointed. The staff were all wonderful. We also enjoyed the breakfast. We would suggest that the outdoor facilities, flowers ect. were more attented to.

Great staff, accommodated room on the ground floor because of a fractured ankle. Room and bathroom were a little outdated but served its purposes.

A lovely hotel with beautiful courtyard style rooms, and all within walking distance to Oxford centre. A lovely stay with friendly attentive staff.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel is in a great location just outside the bustle of the centre but close enough to be accessible on foot. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Parking very convenient as well. Tried only a couple of side dishes from the restaurant and they were of high quality. Coffee shop and a few shops / restaurants just across the street.

Breakfast was ok

Excellent for a 4 star hotel. Quaint yet rustic, the room was comfortable although without air conditioning. The lamb at the bar/restaurant tasted really good, and the staff were generous and friendly.

Room is cozy. However, the checkin time is very strict, say 4pm. Shpping center is about 1 mile away. Bar is inside the hotel but, sounds expensive. They charge water additional.

Firstly the Positives - Plenty of onsite parking - very good for Oxford - The Staff were really friendly Now the rest - We planned to eat at the hotel in the evening, however not only was the restaurant fully booked so you could only eat in the bar area, it was a set Valentines menu with a very limited choice, so we ended up eating out :-( - The Room was up 2 flights of narrow stairs with no lift......not ideal for carrying loads of luggage - Breakfast - although the continental element is free to browse and serve yourself, the rest is order specific which didnt allow for flex so much, and also if you wanted anything over a tea/coffee (Cappuccino/latte) it was an additional £2 - The Tea & Coffee facilities in the room were hidden away in a bottom drawer on a tray which made it tricky when trying to get it out Overall, I struggled to see where the 4 star rating has come from, personally, I have had a better experience in a number of 3 star hotels
