Had a great stay. One of the rooms was quite cold on arrival and took a while to warm up and the same room was not refreshed while we were out but overall an excellent place to stay. Spacious, quiet and comfortable beds. Would certainly stay there again when in Truro.

This was our third visit to the county arms and again it was a pleasant experience and a comfortable stay . The questions we had during our stay the staff were only too happy to help , we will be back to stay again

Very good communication from the moment we booked. There was a welcoming professional greeting on arrival and the room and facilities were well ahead of our expectations. There was a well organised arrangement with a local taxi firm and they arrived exactly when required in the morning. The bar and catering facilities were spot on and the breakfast was of a high standard

Absolutely flawless. The room was immaculate with quality toiletries, coffee and biscuits which so many hotels scrimp on now. Furnishings and towels looked brand new. Comfy bed - slept like a baby. Food and staff excellent. I can't fault it.

Can't fault the stay. Absolute bargain price for the night for such a spacious, clean and cosy room. Great hot drink facilities including a coffee machine! The only thing I did notice was a massive stain on the blanket at the end of the bed which was mentioned to reception on check out. But still can't fault the place, wasn't too noisy from the road, considering I'm a very light sleeper.

Our stay was just perfect. we needed a special room for an old man in a wheelchair. We had it , with a special bathroom for this kind of problem. Easy to go from the car park to hotel and from hotel to restaurant. same level ground floor.

Room was great but facing a very busy loud road. Ask for a room at the back. Food was faultless as were the staff. Our only disappointment was the lack of a snug in the bar area, it really would benefit from a cosy area separate from the restaurant/bar.
