We were put in an accessible room as the air con wasn’t working in any of the superior rooms and the tv wasn’t connecting to our phones the way that it usually does.

The hotel is new so is in good condition but be warned the charge £12 for parking which is ridiculous when the only way to get there is by car - we also paid for breakfast but then decided we didn’t want it as we had to get going before they started and the reception refused to refund me the £24 - so they like to steal money for zero service - will not be using this hotel again.

Food quality did not match the rest of the hotel and was sub standard. This was a shame as everything else was great. Managemt really needs to address this as after an initial bad meal and average breakfast we ate outside of the hotel and found much better restaurants.

Hotel ideal for accessing Exeter or the M5. Having adjoining rooms is great for family stays. Breakfast is also lovely, so would recommend this property.

On this occasion we didn’t use the hotel other than for bed and breakfast however the reception staff were very welcoming, happy to greet us and helpful.
