I stayed in this hotel after living in a hotel, being fed up with the dark light and cramped space of the hotelroom , which means we were allowed to have much more space for the same price, enjoy great location for both to academic institution as well as in walking distance to great restaurants. Concerning all advantage I could get, let alone security for women at late night, it is supposed to be one of the best and reasonable hotel and suit for the long stay. During the 8 days of our stay, we regretted not having asked them for a long stay. As this property prioritises the personal privacy, it could embarass you as I had been, but after meeting anyone in charge of this hotel(I met Rolland), that feeling would be ebbing away. They are always ready to support you. For me, the service was impeccable, personalised, courteous and friendly.

The apartment itself was great however we did not receive the services that were advertised eg: air conditioning, no tea or coffee and the washing machine was not working. The communication was not forthright in fixing the machine and I had to after day 4 ask 3 times for fresh towels. The website was incorrect about the air con and we had to leave the windows open for air which meant the noise outside was loud. When you pay a premium for accommodation and you’ve been travelling for 5 weeks you expect a better service.

I was told via app that 24 hours ahead we would receive an email with codes to get in. I received an email with directions that gave a link with google directions. Which we followed. It took us to another Cove Hotel! 30 min away after we had been traveling all night from the US. The Cove hotel said sorry and sent us on our way, without assistance. When we finally arrived, there was no email with information. I found a phone number in the Hotels app. And called. They sent a text “What’s App” without any notification. How am I suppose to know that app was going to be used!? We met another renter in the building and the same thing happened and they went to the same Cove location as well. Their keys were waiting at a third location! The location was great and space was comfortable.

What a great spot. Convenient to anything and everything in SoHo and Covent Garden and easy access to tube lines. Clean, airy, spacious and well appointed…truly a find!

Unfortunately the heating appeared to be broken. It got very cold overnight, as low as 15 degrees in our room. We were travelling with a baby and it was too cold for them to sleep in the cot which meant we had to have him in the bed with us and co-sleeping carries safety risks for young babies so this was not ideal. Although the hosts eventually offered to send a security person to look at the heating, it was late evening by then, i was out with some friends, and my mum did not want a stranger coming into the apartment when she was alone with the baby at night time. Given it is winter time the hosts really should have made sure the heating was working properly before our check in time. Also, the door to the washing machine is half fallen off- it could be a safety risk to a baby if it fell off when they were crawling about. The plug in the ensuite sink does not work and overall the apartment is not well maintained. It is in need of a cosmetic refresh

Great location, nice apartment

Great to be so close to tube stations and all the shopping and theatres. Unfortunately we did not find value for money. There are much better apartments for less money out there if you take time to look.

So, there is massive construction in the area. Like jack hammers all day until 7pm. The apartment was beautiful and very secure. The shower had issues, leaking all over the floor. They gave me two bath towels and one was dedicated to wiping up the shower mess. Had a laundry machine but i could not figure out the "dry" function so i used the rack in the closet. Was pretty hot in london the days i was there. Made the apt very warm. Only a winter comforter, no top sheet. So fan placed at the window all day, all windows open, trying to keep it cool in there. Probably not an issue any other time.

Good location, very spacious and can even be enough for 20-30 people to sing and dance. There is, however, no one on site to manage it and I learnt that this situation can cause big problems. Unluckily, in the unit next door a big birthday party (of 30 people?) was being held. Some were even shouting into the microphone. I called the office at 2am and a security team was to be dispatched. However they did not arrive after an hour so I called again but got an answering machine. This continued five times. Eventually, the call went through again and it was already 4am when the security team arrived. The reason I rate them this low is that they insist their action was “prompt” and don't see it as a problem. After all, all they offer is just space, not a “proper stay” — it’s totally up to your luck. 場所は便利で広く、2-30人が歌って踊ることもできるほどでした。それでいて管理する人が常駐していません。今回、これらの条件が大きな問題を引き起こすことを学びました。 運悪く、隣の部屋で盛大な誕生日パーティ(30人程度)が行われ、中にはマイクを使って叫び続ける人もいました。夜中の2時にオフィスに電話し、セキュリティチームを派遣してもらうことになりましたが、1時間経っても来ないので再度電話しました。しかし留守番電話の応答で、これが５回続きました。結局、再度電話が通じてセキュリティチームが到着したのは朝４時です。 私がここまで低い評価をするのは、彼らが今回の対応を『迅速だった』と主張し、問題があったと思っていないことです。 結局のところ、彼らはが提供しているのは場所だけであり、『まともな滞在』ができるかは運次第ということかと。

Excellent property in a wonderful neighborhood. Spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, and a delightful place to stay. Convenient to transportation, surrounded by restaurants, and a short walk to several grocery stores

This one BR apartment was well appointed, mostly clean and large. While we loved the location, the construction across the street was nonstop. The door frame to our apartment had mold and rot. There were mouse traps all over the building. And it lacked basic amenities like napkins and paper towel. Additionally, the bed was a double, not a kind as stated on Expedia.

Clear info to access property, the apt is superlative considering it is in the heart of London. Ton of space and superclean. We were 6 friends and 3bedrooms + 3baths was just perfect. Highly recommend

Absolutely amazing apartment. Would absolutely recommend using if you’re visiting london as a couple, group or on a business trip. Superb location and lovely decor.

Excellent communications from the manager. Clean and comfortable although the bed is a smallish double.

Immaculate condition and pristine cleanliness. Great location. Only negatives were: just 2 towels, no hand towels or face cloths. No dish towels or drying towels. No dish detergent and only 3/4 roll of toilet paper. We were booked for 2 nights

Todella mukava asunto, viihdyimme erinomaisesti. Viereinen rakennustyömaa (jolle asunnon omistaja ei tietysti mitään voi) aiheutti jonkin verran meluhaittaa aamuisin ma-la klo 8 alkaen. Myös vanhan talon narisevat puulattiat aiheuttivat meluhaittaa yläkerrasta tähän keskikerroksen asuntoon. Muutoin pidimme asunnosta hyvin paljon: se on mainiolla sijainnilla muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä useista musikaaliteattereista, aamiaispaikoista, oopperatalosta ym. Hyvä kaksinkertainen lukko ovessa ja turvaketju sisällä, taloyhtiön alaovi aina lukossa - oli turvallinen majoituspaikka. Siistit ja viihtyisät kylpyhuonetilat (2 wc), ihanat lakanat, hyvin kaappitilaa. Suosittelemme - erityisesti naapuritalon remonttityömaan valmistumisen jälkeen!
