기차역에서 도보로 이동 가능하고 도심과의 접근성도 편안함. 리셉션의 staff들은 친절하였고, 룸 상태도 양호하였음. 조식은 1층 식당에서 영국식으로 준비되었고 음식의 종류는 다양하지 않았으나, 깔끔하고 맛도 양호했음. 다만, 도로변에 호텔 위치표시가 없어 기차역에서 캐리어를 끌고 찾아갈 경우 초행길이면 다소 어려움이 있을 수 있음.

템플미드역이 걸어가기 적당한 거리에 있고, 강을 따라 걷기에도 멀지 않은 거리에 있어서 좋았습니다. 아침식사도 잘 나오고 만족스럽습니다.

Comfortable stay in air-conditioned room. Plentiful breakfast. Ate in both the Kiln restaurant and the bar. Adequate choices. Food nicely cooked. Excellent staff. My only criticism is that cleaners did not follow the eco- protocols and provided clean towels daily when not necessary.

Brilliant service, including a shout out to Anastasia who checked us out and the gentleman that checked us in. Very friendly and helpful. Room was really nice, clean and modern with facilities available. Breakfast was offered as an add on as well. Staff were super friendly and helpful, offering directions to the theatre and into the shopping centre. Parking was onsite and very accessible. Highly recommend!

Great location for the harbourside area of Bristol. Great room, with all the room facilities we needed. The aircon was awesome given it was the hottest weekend of the year. Just a couple of small downsides. One lift out of order the whole weekend meant that queues were frequent for the only other lift. Then a very limited availability at breakfast. No fresh breads, limited options for vegetarians with the cooked breakfasts. Surely a hotel of this standard/cost would have an omelette station? These are just minor niggles however.

Really nice hotel close the Bristol centre. Clean, spacious and lovely buffet breakfast . Will stay again. Plenty of parking but do check we the hotel if you have free parking as part of your stay as I paid the charged and found out it was free afterwards.

The hotel was very comfortable and the blackout curtains worked very well! It's in a marvellously central area handy for lovely pubs and shopping. The only problem was a huge crack in the bathroom basin on which my wife snagged her hand.

Room was very clean, comfortable bed, breakfast choice excellent!! The bathroom products were of great quality and unlike many hotels, the shampoo, shower gel, body lotion and hand wash were full big reusable bottles Crabtree products.

Meeting up old friends. Had a wonderful stay even the weather wasn't great but loads to do in the cty centre.

Perfect location, close to train (Bristol Temple Meads) and close to great restaurants and the Riverside walk. Rooms were a comfortable size with renovated bathrooms. Quiet, not on a super busy road. Breakfast was phenomenal with a multitude of choices to suit anyone.

Fantastic check in. Friendly welcome. I extended my stay one night and gentleman on reception remembered me (name started with an M). A credit to the hotel. Close enough to walk from temple meads station. I'd consider driving also as the spaces looked large enough for modern cars. Would stay again. Only slight downmark was i think the housekeeper left a long hair in my sink when cleaning it which wasn't there after the 1st night. Apart from that mishap- spotless

I arrived late to the hotel and wanted to order room service. The method to this is (scan the QR code) far from intuitive and merely takes you to Hilton's main website where the menu couldn't be located. I thought I will just call reception, only to discover the room phone was inoperable, leaving me to call reception using my mobile and asking for the menu to be described to me. I was able to eventually order some food, but the whole process isn't great, twinned with the inoperable phone wasn't a great experience

We stayed at the Doubletree Hilton hotel for 1 night and were very pleased. We booked a standard room which was clean and had all the necessary accomodations you would expect (water cooker, coffee, tea, iron, ironing board, vault,…). The room itself was rather small (we travelled with 1 large suitcase, 1 small and 2 backpacks) but the layout of the room was good providing even enough space next to the bed to open the large suitecase. There were enough power supplies (we counted 14 power outlets in total) which also contained an USB-A outlet. The bathroom was compact but there was plenty of space to place your toiletries. Showergel, shampoo, handgel and body lotion were all present. The breakfast was well organised and quite complete: english breakfast, bread, several serials, meat, cheese, several juices, a wide arrangement of fruits, yochurt and cakes. The hotel is also located at a busstop for the A1 which drives directly from and to the airport, which is very convenient. Overall there was nothing to fault. I had a good night sleep and an enjoyable stay.
