It was ok but bathroom toilet didnt work properly.

It a nice place to be

The hotel stay was really nice but the dinning options and room service was disappointing other than that we had a great time. My daughter loved the pool, which was the main reason we booked this hotel.

Staff were brilliant and very helpful. Only thing wish there was Guinness in the bar

A lovely relaxed evening of self-care for NYE! The room was spacious and clean, was able to watch and listen to music. The bed was soft and comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast not good - dirty ups , under cooked porridge , no veg sausages , staff not letting you know you can have eggs cooked any way you like , pastry under cooked , fruit had fly’s

Parking for £9 a night is a lot!!!!

Absolutely bloody awsome

Great location for a shopping trip to either Lakeside or Bluewater (or go to both like we did!) as it is in the middle of both. We were unexpectedly upgraded on arrival which was a lovely surprise. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were nice and spacious. Nice big shower and everything was clean. Enjoyed the breakfast, lots to choose from. Would definitely return.

Lovely large room Unfortunately had the Hilton sign out the window no view !!! Also was a disabled room so shower wet room very noisy pump. Couldn’t be bothered to make a fuss but was disappointing as I booked for me and my partner as we had his work party at the hotel

The staffs were fantastic and gave so much attention to details

The room was very worn. The walls were chipped and stained. The ceiling was damaged with some signs of damp or glue The carpet had stains. The bathroom was superbly clean. The bed sheet came off far too easily so wasn't made properly. The staff were superb and friendly.

Staff were pleasant helpful and courteous my room was not ready on arrival i was a bit early but a complimentary coffee helped while i waited

So we arrived about 11pm. To find that our room was underneath the bar/disco room 143. We called reception at midnight and was told the music would go onto 1am but there was nothing they could do for us even though we had x2 children. We finally managed to get to sleep after 1am and spoke to someone on reception the following day a manager who agreed that’s not acceptable and managed to get a refund. Overall I think if this hadn’t of happened the hotel is lovely and breakfast is well worth the extra money, used the pool as well. We definitely return just don’t want a room above the bar again and this time might get a decent sleep.

I love the hotel. I'm not sure if their wifi is not designed for Amazon fire stick, but it won't work. The facility as a whole was great.
