창문이 가려져 아주 어두워 안 좋았고, 화장실 시설이 불편하고 화장실 하수구에는 날파리가 날라다녀서 너무나 불쾌했습니다. 청소도 제대로 하지 않았습니다. 전반적으로 아주 안 좋았습니다.

매우 만족합니다. 특히, 위치가 너무 좋습니다.

처음 배정받은 방은 온도 조절이 안 됐고 트윈베드 두개 모두 침대가 내려앉았다. 당장 방을 바꿀 수 없어 당일 담요와 라디에이터를 가져다 주었고 이후 바꾼 방은 편안했다. 내부 깨끗했고 조식 맛있었고 리셉션 친절했고 좁지 않고 어매니티도 나쁘지 않았고 로비 화장실 깨끗했고 위치가 좋았다. 복도 소음과 외부 사이렌 소리는 조금 나는 편이지만 수면을 방해할 정도는 아니었다. 다음 방문에도 이용하고 싶다.

A nice hotel but unfortunately a couple of issues with our room. The curtain didn’t cover the window- it looked like the curtain rail was broken- so being on a main road with street lighting the room had a lot of light coming in at night which was very annoying. Also the TV didn’t work. We did report this to reception but it was sorted during our 2 night stay. Breakfast was nice

Great location ( walking distance from Euston station and Covent Garden). Friendly staff and hotel spotless. Would highly recommend

My room was tiny, and not that clean. When I arrived lifts were not working for about a day. I travel a lot on business and prefer good value hotels, nothing posh, but this was by far the worst hotel. They really need to modernize and update their rooms.

Perfect location for the tube, especially Piccadilly line to all major tourist spots. Very quiet, had no street noise and we were only on the first floor. Nice bar and lounge area. Beds and bathroom clean and comfy. Would stay again!

It was lovely. Check in was smooth with a gift of a warm cookie! Staff were amazing. Breakfast stunning with everything replenished extremely quickly!

The hotel is well-maintained and very well-located, but the staff is unprofessional to the point that I returned to my room after lunch one day and housekeeping had left the door unlocked (meaning the deadbolt was turned so the door didn't close completely). Nothing was missing, but it's ridiculous. They said the housekeeper had just finished and was close by, but I never saw any indication that anyone was keeping an eye on the hall, let alone the rooms. Luckily, my room was at the end of the hall, so there was no reason for anyone to go past the door and I use the safe, so it was just clothing and toiletries in the room. They did respond quickly and were very apologetic, but it's still an outrageous oversight.

Spacious comfortable rooms, great amenities and food options! Buffet was excellent! Staff were wonderful!

Great location, the property itself needs renovating and a modernized gym.

It was a nice place to stay but the check in was terribl. It said check in from 3 so we arrived at 3:10 said our room wasn’t ready, wasn’t ready until 3:50. The queues to check in were terrible and it took such a long time. There was other ppl that had the same issue as us

Great room, perfect location and lovely staff

Lovely hotel well situated for the West End of London. Comfy and clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast with plenty to choose from and large servings. I even had a slice of cake and a card for my birthday - thank you!

I understand that the house is currently being refurbished, but there are some areas left to do. Minor details, such as not quite tightened screws in the bathroom or the tv sitting askew on top of its own plug and socket add up to just shy of a very good impression. In a similar vein, the staff want to be the best but aren't quite there yet: At breakfast, one person directed me to the self-service coffe machine, while at the same time someone else made the same drink and put it on my table. Another day, I was assigned a table and when I returned from the buffet, a pair of guests had been seated at the seemingly empty table. And on my last day, i got woken up (!) by housekeeping, asking wether I wanted my room made up - three hours before my check-out time. All the while everybody was perfectly polite and eager to help. With a bit of coordination, the staff could also be very good.
