The staff is very kind and helpful, but there is no refrigerator in the room.

Good location, near to bus and underground station, grocery stores and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. 24/7 reception. Small rooms but had everything you need in a hotel room. Very good for the price.

Only thing I could pick thought with is the shower could have more pressure. But other that good good would defo stay again

No fridge, no wardrobe, no hangers. No food. No hope. If you sleep here for more than 2 days you will need a chiropractor appointment. The bed is 5 inches from the wall. Akin to a medium security prison. Smells like a hospital. Feels like a fever dream. They’ll charge you to sneeze then charge you for a tissue after. They did have nice blackout curtains

The check in online was not working for me, but our in person check in was great! The hotel rooms are small, but there’s space to move around! The bed was really uncomfortable though! It felt like sleeping on the floor!! The shower was good, decent pressure, but nowhere to put your own products (no shelves) at least in the room I was in!! Overall would stay again!!

Basic, no frills but comfortable. Exactly as expected and what was required for this trip.

The hotel is well located, and the staff are very nice. The room is quiet with a good air conditioner. It's a bit small, but for one person, it's perfect.

Superbra läge, nära till buss och supermarket. Kort promenad till tunnelbana också. Kallt och skönt på rummet trots ~28c ute. Har man inte ont av stenhård sängar eller AC som knackar, bonkar och rasslar så är det perfekt.

It was fine, room was relatively clean. The bathroom was the issue, the sink drain was severely blocked and did not drain. The shower was similar, and the shower head/water pressure was also in need of attention.

Hotel was what was expected for the price, area is fine, little dingy . Within 20 minutes from most attractions by bus or tube. The closest tube station is Barbican, about a 10 minute walk. The 55, 243 bus are close on Old St

Sängen känns som en bäddsoffa och är väldigt hård. Det finns inga stolar eller bord. Det finns två fast installerade hängare men inga skåp eller andra förvaringsytor. Det finns inga krokar eller hängare till handdukar i badrummet. De tar betalt för att förvara väskor och det finns varken te, kaffe eller vatten på rummet. Kallt vatten är gratis men kaffe och varmt vatten (1£) kostar.

could use a cleaning for 3 nights and an extra towel

Hotel was nice but small rooms. staff was barely present. Room service was done every 4days rather than everyday. Frequently had to ask for towels and trash to be taking out. Great location have many food spots near and grocery stores

Functional hotel but takes 'essentials only' to the extreme. 1 members of staff in late so when i tried to check in i had to wait about 10 minutes for anyone to appear. 2 fixed hangers in the room so hung my jacket and jeans but the rest of my clothes had to go in the floor. No cup.im the bathroom but could buy a bottle in reception for £7. Didnt realise this till i was almost in bed so ended up drinking from cupped hands. Gap undet the door meant the room was illuminated all night but it didnt mayyer became the bed was so hard i couldn't sleep anyway. Had to cut my day in college short because i was so tired after no sleep. Worst £140 ive ever spent.
