그냥 저렴한 호텔. 만약 돈이 없다면 여기를 추천합니다. 나쁘지 않습니다. 저는 싱클룸 예약했는데 트원룸으로 업그레이드 받아서 사용했습니다.

Air con was very good. But no wi-fi in my room.

1/10 -- Do not book this hotel I want to be fair: the staff made genuine efforts. When my first room in the basement had no AC during a London heatwave, I was moved at short notice to Room 6. The move was quick and the staff member was upfront that the AC there was leaking. A towel was provided to catch the drips. What followed was not manageable. By the first evening I needed a cup as well -- it was filling in around 30 minutes. The unit sits directly above the bathroom door, so accessing the toilet meant moving everything each time. Overnight the AC stopped cooling entirely, leaving the room at 28 deg C with no ventilation and a persistent smell of damp. This was a £200 per night room. A recent review by another guest, Jennifer, describes black mould throughout her room, her husband's asthma severely affected, and a refund refused after a lengthy dispute with management. I believe I overheard that conversation -- my room was next to reception. Her account is entirely consistent with what I experienced. The Expedia listing describes this as a 3-star property with AC and breakfast. The hotel's own website says 2 stars. There is no breakfast. The AC units are in disrepair across multiple rooms. These are not minor discrepancies. I intend to report the conditions to Environmental Health at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

BEWARE! The room advertised AC that was not working. And when you first walk into the very small room, you were also hit with the stench of mold. There was black mould throughout the room. Bathroom was super tiny. Only one towel provided. And little to no security measures. After one night, my husband‘s asthma was flared so bad we almost had to go to hospital. We were happy to pay the stay for that one night, but didn’t want to stay for the other two nights. We were refused a refund. Even after talking to the manager for over an hour and a half. Avoid if you can because it’s not worth the risk of the black mould and the AC not working.

The air conditioning wasnt strong enough to keep up with the weather. Besides that, the TV was worn down and dirty. Otherwise- the shower was really nice, bed was comfy and the room met the rest of my needs.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits au Exhibition Court Hotel 4 avec mon copain. Première déception : l’hôtel était présenté comme étant “dans le centre de Londres” sur Hôtel.com, alors qu’il est finalement assez excentré. Heureusement, il est bien desservi par le métro, ce qui facilite les déplacements. À notre arrivée, on nous a attribué une chambre tout en haut de l’hôtel. Nous avons dû monter environ 8 volées d’escaliers très étroits avec de grosses valises, ce qui était vraiment compliqué et peu pratique. En plus, nous étions à Londres pendant une période de forte chaleur (environ 33°C pendant tout le séjour) et la climatisation de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas : la pièce était étouffante. Le personnel a toutefois réagi rapidement et nous a proposé d’autres chambres. Finalement, nous avons été déplacés dans une chambre plus grande sans supplément, ce que nous avons apprécié. Malheureusement, plusieurs points négatifs restent à noter : équipements assez vieillissants, faible débit d’eau au robinet, absence de papier toilette à notre arrivée, oreillers tachés, literie peu confortable (j’ai eu mal au dos tout le séjour), énormément de bruit dans l’hôtel, et les rideaux ne bloquaient presque pas la lumière du jour, ce qui nous réveillait dès 5h du matin. Malgré tous ces défauts, le gros point positif reste vraiment le monsieur à l’accueil : très bienveillant, accueillant, drôle et toujours prêt à aider. C’est clairement grâce à lui que notre expérience a été un peu meilleure.

La chambre était au sous-sol, sans réelle fenêtre. La salle de bain était très humide (moisissures et odeur d'humidité) et minuscule. La vasque est d'ailleurs trop petite avec un robinet surdimensionné ! Enfin, l'isolation phonique entre les chambres était horrible. On entend constamment les clients ou le personnel qui passent dans le couloir ou les chambres voisines... à toutes heures de la nuit ! Point positif : la localisation est top ! Machine à café qui lance bien la journée avec un petit croissant (industriel).

Shower had hot water and Internet worked well. The room and bathroom were very little and the whole building was very run down and didn’t feel very clean. But it was worth what we paid for the booking. And was in a safe area and close to underground stations.

Really run down, dirty and lots of fixing needed.

Posizione ottima, vicino a tre linee della metro piùcentrali e anche bus - personale molto gentile e disponibilità h24 di bevande calde self service - unica pecca stanze molto piccole e bagni abbastanza fatiscenti ma nel complesso per due-tre notti qualità prezzo ottima!

Rude staff

Bathroom was in bad condition and I was treated with awful customer service. They also charged an additional £40 deposit. It should be called Inhibition Court.

Ideal location, walking to Earls Court tube. Room very small but expected that. Comfortable bed, good shower. Could do with a chest of drawers rather than a table.

Muy pequeño. El baño sucio y súper pequeña la ducha había problema para salir el agua. Nos cambiaron de habitación 2 veces

Very small bathroom. Couldn't sit on the toilet without hitting the sink. Couldn't wash properly cause the shower was so small. The Ac leaked water on my luggage and the bed was a 2 inch mattress and a wood frame. Only good thing was I need an extra night and they gave me a discount on a better room

Very small rooms was problematic. Broken AC and bathroom switch was broken. One staff member was extremely helpful, and moved us to a room with working AC on day 3 ( of 4) , but room size remained a problem. Price was extremely reasonable for London , but accommodation limits would make me hesitate to return

Staff was very friendly, location was very convenient, room had air-conditioner, they offer complimentary coffee and croissants. I just wished they have ice machine, it would be very helpful to cool drinks, especially in summer.
