The room was very clean, beds comfy, en suite was nice and clean, huge TV, WIFI was brilliant, fridge was a nice touch as was tea. Coffee and biscuits, there was also nice soft towels and toiletries. On the down side I didn’t see a single member off staff or another guest, didn’t really think much to the key box check in. There was no restaurant or guest TV room. The street is very scruffy and rubbish strew all over the road.

Great place to stay and staff very friendly

The stay easnt so good. The guests above us had kids who were noisy, and the room beside us had two young guys, who quite frankly couldnt care less about the hour or the amount of noise they were making. The walls were too thin, which made it worse. And the parking was dreadful.

stayed at this property 5years ago it was excellent what a change room was single not double with a double bed and no space toilet and shower so small a child would feel uncomfortable and no parking at all so cost £6.00 aday could not recommend

Hôtel bien placé près du centre et de la plage, mais pas très propre, un savon entamé dans la douche, sol pas très bien aspiré, vitres dégoûtantes. Wifi ne fonctionne pas, bouilloire remplie de calcaire, douche très bizarre sans robinets mais avec un boitier. Nous n'avons vu personne, ménage pas fait le lendemain (séjour 2 nuits) Rideaux blancs, donc laisse passer le jour. La déco est sympa et il y a du café, thé et petits gâteaux emballés.

This is a very basic guesthouse. There is no human interaction. The keys are obtained from a key safe at the front door. You are led to believe that there is parking at the property when actually the only free parking is on the street outside. You will be extremely lucky if you can get a space. There is a public car park to the rear of the property which is very good value at £6 per day.The room that we had was extremely small and it was difficult to manoeuvre around eachother. The bathroom was also tiny. The shower was little more than a dribble, with the hot water taking an age to come through. The bathroom door could not be closed as if you did then you got stuck inside due the door being fitted incorrectly. It is very noisy in the street outside at night with shouting and traffic noise. This guesthouse is clean,the bed is comfortable and the room has most of the things you would expect,but for all of the above reasons, I would not stay here again.

Really good place to stay, competitive price for early August. But great service and great Breakfast, being picky the TV in room was somewhat small otherwise perfect.

A warm welcome and lovely and clean. Great breakfast and central to amenities.

My room was comfortable but small, unfortunately my toilet was outside and right next to Breakfast room, this might not bother some people but bothered me, as I had to get out to it in the night and it was not very private. The breakfast was lovely and the service and of course it was very reasonable, but will only stay there again if I can have a total en suite.

This is a spotlessly clean guest house is run by a lovely couple called Sharon and Peter,the rooms are gorgeous and the breakfast was amazing! ! I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Weston -Super -Mare.

The Florence Guest House is in a street of faded grandeur.. further on down the street some buildings are boarded up. Parking in the street is restricted to 1 hour on weekdays between 9am and 6pm, unlimited at weekends. There is a municipal car park with a day rate (24 hours) of £5.50 about 100m away. Down on the esplanade, a few minutes walk downhill, there are several restaurants and cafes. The Guest House is a convenient base to walk into Weston-super-Mare.

Great place to stay for short break.

Had a very nice time at the hotel...great service and lovely breakfast
