Great hotel, good location and breakfast

Great hotel with friendly staff Can’t fault it

A lovely gem and a warm welcome.

Liked the location and that it was close to Oxford Circus and Regent's Park etc but just far enough away to be out of the main crowded streets. I can't think of any major dislikes at all but I guess the only thing was the price of the full breakfast. It was expensive for what you got, in terms of the cooked elements. It would have been a bit better if there was a choice of eggs, rather than just scrambled, no black pudding and no sausage when I got there about 9:30. Half and hour before the advertised last servings. Staff and rest of was fine though.

Lovely hotel in a nice area. Room very nice and clean with excellent facilities.

My first room had poorly working air conditioning. My first night was very hot and not good for sleeping. Once they moved me to a different room, it was great! Nice breakfast and overall very nice hotel.

Easy, Convenient stay! We had no issues! Liked the double bed option for friends.

Gute Lage (U-Bahn 5 Minuten, Soho 20 Minuten zu Fuß), ruhige Straße, viele Restaurants in der Umgebung, super nettes Personal, lediglich das Frühstück war etwas mager,

We had booked a show in the Sondheim theatre and it was ideally situated just a short walk passing by some beautiful restaurants and pubs

The hotel is well located in a quiet street in Fitzrovia within easy walking distance of Warren Street and Great Portland Street tube stations as well as Regents Park. The gentlemen on the door and in the bar were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Most of the reception staff were bright and cheerful which is exactly what you want after a long train journey into London. Our Executive room on the 4th floor was small but perfectly formed. The bathroom and shower were great. We would happily return.

Lovely quiet classy hotel in a convenient location.

I selected this hotel via Expedia for a two day Theatre Break for my wife and I. It is in a quiet location on Bolsover Street, just a few minutes walk to Portland Street or Warren Street Tube Station. Which was ideal because within 4 stops on the Northern Line we were able to get into the heart of the West End. The hotel is also a short taxi ride away from Euston Main Railway Station. There is a Tesco Express convenience store just opposite Portland Street station, and a few places to eat if you wanted to stay local. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the hotel staff were great, and a very efficient lift in the centre of the lobby. We booked an Executive Twin Room which we were very happy with even though it was closer to the lift system than we would have liked. But it didn't interfere with our sleep one bit. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate with a very nice shower, and twin wash basins. Storage for clothing etc was excellent, TV, Tea and Coffee making facilities and an iron plus ironing board in the cupboard. We only used the restaurant for breakfast because we ate out for lunch and evening meals. The breakfast staff were busy, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. There was plenty of options at the breakfast, and we had no complaints. You must go and see Stranger Things - First Shadow at the Phoenix Theatre...Outstanding.

Our Room (406) was right next to the elevator, which made it very noisy.

Atmospheric hotel, friendly staff and comfortable well appointed room. Somewhat marred by the creaking en-suite door which was not attended to as requested, but overall very pleased with our choice.

The room was large and was very clean and the beds were comfortable, our bathroom was large with a bath, shower, shampoo, conditioner. shower gel, body lotion an soap. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they sorted out an air-con issue straight away. We had continental breakfast that was very good quality. We walked to most places but the tube was 5 minutes away if we needed to go a bit further. Fab hotel with very good staff

Very good value for money and close to the centre of London. A 25 minute walk back from our show at Leicester Square. Hotel is smart and well kept and the service is good. The hotel needs some modernisation, but the rooms were large, comfortable and air conditioned. Overall a very good experience.

We had breakfast lots of variety but all cooked peices of breakfast they want very warm
