Terrible hotel room I have ever had. No Blanket knowing that it was about 2 degree outside. There was only a very thin bed sheet… Heather did not work. The bed mattress was too hard and they were 2 small sized combined in 1 bed with a gap that doesn’t even help to sleep well. On the top of all these I smelled cigarette smoke coming to my room the whole night as the room was in ground level.

Payed £178 for one night
Everything was the opposite of what was booked. We had a room given on the too floor with no elavator and the room size ruined everything! It was the size of shed, honestly never again!

Meget meget lille dobbeltværelse. Dårligt wifi. Personalet forsøgte at få adgang til værelset under vores besøg, ved at banke på og spørge “Mangler I noget ?”

The twin room was way too small. They have crammed a double bed and small single bed in there with no room at all to walk around the room. It should only be a double room with an added desk/table. The windows are black with mould and the wood is all falling away. The room was clean but the space lets it down massively

Was fair considering the cost! Cheap and cheerful.
My room was on the top floor though; lots of narrow steep stairs, and it was particularly stuffy up there. I think the hotel probably needs to invest in some aircon.

Abbiamo prenotato una camera doppia per 3 notti. 150€ a notte per una singola nel seminterrato!!! non si riesce quasi a girare attorno al letto dal poco spazio disponibile. Non c'è spazio per aprire una valigia. Alla cabina doccia manca una porta, ad ogni doccia si allaga il micro-bagno.

Greit for en natt eller to. Veldig mange trappetrinn opp en fryktelig smal og kronglete trapp for å komme til rommet. Ingen heis.
Resepsjonen er bemannet 24/7 og de ansatte er hyggelige. Nytt bad.

the hair dry was not working. Remote control was not working. There was no information in the room near telephone about extension to reception. there was no lift

The room was so small, had to shuffle dideways when you get out of bed.
Bathroom absolutely stank of drains.
Very basic. Arrived half an hour before check in hoping to leave cases but after waiting around 10 minutes for someone to answer the reception bell we left.
Bed very hard. Stains on the sheets. Lots of banging of doors. Would not recommend.
