Very small bathroom and cold bed room.

위치는 너무너무 좋음. 밤에도 주변에 사람들이 많아서 걸어다니기도 안전함. 인근에 대영박물관과 UCL이 있어서 이런 데 방문하려는 계획이 있는 사람은 너무 편리한 위치임. 직원들도 친절하고, 짐도 잘 맡아줌. 다만 방이 좁고, 샤워설비가 불편함. 혹시 런던 시내에서 렌트카를 할 생각이 있으면 이 호텔이 참 좋음. 바로 근처에 Hertz 렌트카 사무실이 있어서 차 받아와서 호텔 문 앞에 대 놓고 짐 싣고 다른 도시로 떠나기에 아주 좋음.

Chambre très bien cependant l'isolation des fenêtres est à revoir tout comme la salle de bains qui serait à moderniser. Le personnel est à l'écoute et le petit déjeuner continental très bien

La chambre n’avait pas été correctement nettoyée avant notre arrivée (traces suspectes sur les toilettes, mouchoirs en papier qui traînait sur la moquette) Notre télé était en panne ! Salle de bain très fraîche (fenêtre simple vitrage, très mauvaise isolation) pour Londres, c’est un comble. Peu de choix pour le petit déjeûner continental.Et c’était un hôtel 4 étoiles ! Néanmoins, le personnel était très gentil. Ils nous ont obtenu un adaptateur pour recharger nos portables et je les en remercie. Autre point positif, hôtel très calme et reposant.

Le personnel est agréable, le petit dejeuner est correct.

The location of the hotel was good. The check-in was somewhat laboured and whilst the rooms were clean, the hotel overall looked a bit jaded in its decor. We didn’t have breakfast so I can’t comment on its quality

Lors de notre arrivée, nous avions une réservation pour une chambre double supérieure, mais la chambre attribuée donnait sur la rue et présentait plusieurs problèmes : la fenêtre fermait mal, laissant un trou visible, aucune sécurité (elle s’ouvrait de l’extérieur) et une isolation thermique très insuffisante. Nous avons demandé une autre chambre mais apparement plus de dispo, la seule chose qui nous a été proposée est un surclassement à nos frais que nous avons refusé. Finalement après un appel à Expedia la personne à l'accueil nous a transféré vers une autre chambre bien qu'on nous ait dit que l'hôtel était complet dans notre catégorie de chambre ... mais l'état des équipements est décevant et indigne d'un hôtel 4* : robinets qui fuient, eviers de salle de bain bouchés, vétusté générale. La literie est moyenne et le petit déjeuner n’est pas du tout à la hauteur au vu du prix ! : très peu de choix, produits industriels de mauvaise qualité, rien de fait maison. En revanche, le personnel est très professionnel et fait de son mieux pour résoudre les problèmes. Dommage car la localisation dans Londres est très bonne mais l'état des chambres ne vaut clairement pas le prix.

We were so impressed with the Grange Beauchamp Hotel. Not only was it located in a great area (British Museum was literally around the corner and Euston Station a short walk away) but our room (family room) was massive with two large beds tonnes of space, plenty of supplies (tea/coffee and bathroom bits) and a lovely view from the enormous window. The breakfast (we went continental) was superb - lots and lots to choose from which made my son (who loves a good breakfast) very happy! (Went back for seconds and thirds!) The hotel kindly looked after our bags so were weren't trooping them around London while visiting and all the staff were wonderful and so helpful, polite and welcoming. We would definitely consider staying there again and have already recommended it to friends and family.

リクエストした部屋と違って地下の部屋でガッカリ。疲れていたので部屋のチェンジを要求しなかったのを大後悔。部屋は広かったが、椅子も一つしかなく、又お風呂の設備が古くお湯を出すのにも苦労した。

Attentive and polite staff, all areas were clean but some of the hotel looked quite tired - the room curtains has holes and frails along them. The rooms are big and spacious. Noise travels through the rooms from inside quite heavily.

The room was clean however the air conditioning didn’t work. We had to call them a couple of times to get them to come up and fix it.

Our room was in the basement which was acceptable.
