너무나 친절한 서비스 그리고 깨끗하고 아름다운 방^^ 바스에서 좋은 추억 만들었어요. 다음에 또 방문하고 싶어요 정말로!!!! 아침 조식도 너무나맛있고 좋았습니당

Really enjoyed the stay, very cozy and lovely rooms with nice breakfast.

Great stay just after Christmas. Check-in times are limited, but it was very easy to get in following the instructions. Room and the whole hotel was really nicely furnished and decorated with good taste. Everything was clean. Breakfast was also really good with different varieties to order. Peaceful location with about 10 min walk to the city center. Can highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean, the B&B is run by a very friendly team. Would definitely go and stay there again.

Had a fabulous day at Gray’s boutique breakfast was utterly delicious. The only thing missing possibly was some pastries with your breakfast .

Nothing good to say. I had confirmed stay thru previous emails. Then yesterday got an email wanting to know our exact time of arrival and departure. We're riding a ferry and driving approximately 5hrs. Who knows exacts? Then arrived to find the bed in our room was 1 dbl bed and I had booked a king. Owner said he was filled up and gave us the 1bed room Expedia booked for us. Room was very crowded and I had to sleep on the floor because bed too small for 2 people traveling long distance and expecting a good nite's sleep. Very uncomfotable night of pressure points causing lots of tossing and turning and leg cramping. Miserable nite's stay. Beware to others when booking this property.

Easy to walk into the city . Tastefully decorated converted villa . Staff very friendly . Beds comfotable . A fan was provided which was good as room was hot due to weather The only addition i maybe might suggest would be a minu fridge to store cold drinks etc

Lovely guest house, great place to stay near to the centre of Bath. Perfect for a short break and the breakfast was wonderful. Highly recommended.

This is the perfect spot if you have a car. Onsite parking is free and the breakfast is lovely. The room is very spacious and the bed was quite comfortable as well. Would totally stay again in the future.
