The staff were so polite and friendly. It was within walking distant to some good food places and the train stations. The bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

La habitación estaba sucia. Deje la ventana abierta por la noche y por la mañana me despertó un olor horrible a huevo. Resulta que mi habitación estaba en la parte interior del edificio y daba a unas cocinas industriales. El olor no se iba de la habitación, que era tremendamente pequeña.

We had to change the hotel after the first night because we had a room in the basement. This was not written in any descriptions during the booking process. The bed was too small for a normal couple. The room was not clean. The receptionist was friendly and very understanding. We got a discount of 30£ for the night we stayed and canceled the two other nights. We don’t recommend this hotel even if it is very central.

Room had NO WINDOW , but that was not mentioned on room info when i booked . Bed up against a wall, bathroom had a window. Room was roasting , very misleading to sell a windowless room without telling prople

The offered room was in the basement, with a small window and little daylight. When booking on this platform, this was not indicated. The fee for this tiny room and location in the basement was by far too high.
I will not consider this establishment any longer for my stays in London

Great location. Lift broken so had to lug suitcases up and down stairs 2 flights. Air conditioning shut off every 3 hours so would wake up in the night very warm and have to restart it. Snug but had everything we needed including a small fridge. Shower was great.

Todella, todella pieni huone. Respan henkilö kyllä varoitti asiasta. Kokoa enemmän häiritsise, ettei tiloissa ollut juuri mitään paikkoja tavaroille. Häiritsi siitä huolimatta, että tavaraa oli vain repullisten verran. Ainoat koukut kylppärin ovessa. Wc-istuimen takana kapea taso, mutta sekin kaukana altaasta/suihkusta. Vaikka kylppäri muuten siedettävänkokoinen, käsienpesuallas oli todella pieni ja siten hankalasti käytettävä esim. kasvojen pesuun.
