내 인생 최악의 숙박입니다..비위생적이며, 불친절하고, bed bug에 물려 아직도 고생중입니다..아무도 나같은 경험을 하지 않기를 희망합니다

The room felt rather run down but was clean enough. There was no hot water when I arrived & no hot water when I woke in the morning of my 1-night stay so I gave up on the bathroom altogether. Buying a hotel does not a hotelier make.

This review must be read in the context of a one-night stay in central London on a low budget. Pros: * Tidy room * En suite toilet & shower * Clean sheets * Decent towel * Decent bed * Pleasant staff Cons: * Room was cold; can't control heat in room; told heat is only on at scheduled times * Duvet not well-matched to room temperature * Shower: anemic water pressure and never got truly hot * Toilet/shower/sink area extremely small * Breakfast limited to cereals, toast, and "juice drinks" If you're looking for a truly comfortable stay, look elsewhere (and be prepared to pay accordingly). If you're looking for a place to sleep within a budget, this hotel will do.

L'hotel e' adatto a chi vuol spendere poco per un soggiorno a Londra. Una volta chiarite le aspettative non e' poi cosi' male. La camera e' meno peggio di come ci si potrebbe aspettare, la colazione passabile e il personale gentile

Good clean room

TV in room did not work at all. Radiator was not connected. Window curtains were filthy and ragged. The duvet on bed was so thin and not effective. The shower/toilet, was vey small but water was hot.

En-suite with shower with no pressure. Impossible to take a shower Very dirty inside, only one towel provided, and 1 pillow per person. Spring bed mattress hurting back because springs are broken. Overall shocking for the price you pay. Would it recommend anyone

Småt, slidt, nusset. Gutten i receptionen var flink men oplevelsen af indgangen og lokalerne var ikke indbydende. Vi fik værelse i kælderen, bare at komme derned var svært, trappen var utrolig skal, dækkene var små og lave, jeg er glad for at vi ikke havde store kufferter med. Der var ingen luft i værelset, det var småt, meget slidt, underligt indrettet og toilet og brusekabine ved jeg slet ikke hvordan jeg skal beskrive. Vi fik direkte op og tjekkede ud igen uden at have fundet et nyt hotelværelse. Klokken var på det tidspunkt 9 om aftenen.

This was fine as a place to sleep after a night out in London. Conveniently located and great service. Small room and run down, but well priced and clean.

No Hot shower in room 407 in morning no hot water wash face be reported to recepicion nothing been done no shower in morning. Breakfast very very limit just loaf bread no ham no chease nothing just jam and botter juice coffe and tea.

Let me check in early very helpful staff

Room was clean and hot but could hardly move in the bathroom. It is an old house though, so is to be expected. Continental breakfast was okay.

L’hôtel est bien localisé. Personnel serviable. Les matelas sont à ressorts et bien usés, difficile à trouver une position « comfortable « . Les robinets d’eau froide et chaude sont séparés, et ils fuient. Le petit déjeuner est médiocre. Les murs et la moquette sont sales.

All the rooms smelt like smoking had taken place in them

Really lovely hotel with character. Loved the oddly shaped rooms. They were clean and the bed was AMAZING. I have mobility issues and they were brilliant, offering a room on the ground floor. This hotel is not suitable for someone in a wheelchair though as the reception is up 10 steps, but otherwise 10/10.

OK for one night passing through

The sheets were dirty when I arrived and the receptionist suggested I use the sheets from the other bed. There was a layer of sticky residue on door handles, and the layers of dust started flaking into geological patterns. Honestly, the dirtiest place in London.

The room was very poor. It it tired, scruffy and in a generally poor state. The bathroom was terrible. Although it didn't appear to be actually dirty there were stains and damaged things everywhere. The window didn't open and the extractor fan didn't work. Finally I have returned home to find I have bed bug bites over my body. I will be reporting them to the environmental health authority for the area.

Upon arrival i was rudely told i couldn't check in for another 2 hrs, no problem i took a walk. The place was filthy , i did take pics. On the Saturday when i was out someone was in my room , the bin was emptied but rubbish, that was not mine, was on the floor. The bed was like a brick, my window was cracked. The door key stopped working and I was told to move the lock when i went out so that I could get back in , leaving the door open and accessible, i asked for another towel....that seemed an inconvenience, even though the one that was left just about went round my 8stone frame. The shower/toilet was a joke....i wish i could include my pictures!!!!
