I have stayed here a couple of times now whilst staying in Newcastle for the weekend. Its the ideal location to be in the heart of Newcastle. Parking is a short walk away and I love the bar downstairs for pre night out drinks. Staff are lovely and so helpful and i will continue to stay here everytime I plan a weekend in Newcastle.

The stay was amazing, I had the standard double room, it was clean, well presented, tidy, comfortable. The staff were great and friendly. Facilities were great. Perfect location a short walk from Newcastle Central Railway station and just round the corner from Monument Metro station. 10/10 definitely recommend

Central location. Restaurants, bars, café everything is within easy reach. Great value. Staff was polite and smiling. Big room however very few furniture. If for example we had dinner in we would have trouble sitting down to it. No mains plugs next to bedside tables; it would either be the cell phone charging or the bedside lamps. And the lamps couldn't be used for reading either. Bathroom was good but a big step to get in and out of the tub. No handle either. Showerhead fixed to the wall which I find as a negative.

More like a hostel than a hotel. Dark dingy room looking onto a brick wall. Other guests playing music and tv loudly until 4am. Would not recommend to stay here, especially with children. The staff are just young girls who aren’t interested in customer service and just want to get you checked in and checked out as soon as possible without a smile.

We like the location of this hotel and that there is parking really close by. Our room was on the street side and it was really noisy until late so if you have children I would recommend you check where your room is. But the rooms are clean and have nice facilities such as an iron and ironing board

Ok stay. Was not quite what we expected. Room had a bad smell but in fairness we didn’t inform the hotel till we left. Breakfast was excellent. Best cooked breakfast I’ve had anywhere

Had a great stay at this hotel, rooms were decorated lovely & everything was very clean. Had an issue with the shower on the first morning however the staff were quick to respond and organised another room for us to move to straight away.

Restaurant staff and service were great. Although when attempting to but three bottles of wine for our table first three choices on menu were unavailable. As was the rib eye steak for 2 of us. Food apart from that was really good. But the noise from the cocktail bar DJ is horrendous on both the nights we ate there. So not a place for a quiet restaurant experience.

Great location. Short walk to absolutely everything. Love staying in an older historical hotel where efforts are made to provide the best of both worlds. Mattress could have been a bit better quality but not a deal breaker. Bathroom does not have a ceiling fan so it can get a bit steamy, but once again not a deal breaker. Definitely recommend the place.

A cool boutique hotel in the ciy center; in need a bit of a facelift. Multiple minor things in the room which could do with attention (e.g., shower door not quite fitting right any more, the hairdrier in the room being broken, etc). No single major thing, just a lot of minor things which probably used to be perfect but aren't now.

空港からメトロで1本、駅からホテルまではメインストリートを歩けばすぐで便利な立地でした。ヨークなどへ少し足を伸ばすにしても、中央駅も徒歩10〜15分くらいです。偶然ですが、向かいにロブスターが美味しいシーフード屋さんがありました。お部屋に冷蔵庫はありませんが、季節的に問題なかったのと、電子レンジで温めるものはレセプションに言えば対応していただけました。お部屋は暖房らしいものはありましたが、スイッチを入れても作動せず…寒すぎるわけではなかったので結局使いませんでした。スリッパや歯ブラシはありませんでしたが、ボディーソープ、シャンプー、コンディショナーはありました。残念だった点としてはお部屋は清潔ではありましたが、1度、交換されたタオルが茶色く汚れていました。シャワーの水圧が弱く、シャワーに時間がかかりました。シャワーとは別に浴槽はあるものの、そこは蛇口のみでシャワーはついていなくて浴槽を洗いづらかった点です。
