A good base for exploring the local area. Felicity was very accommodating and welcoming. The room was basic but very comfortable and we felt welcome to come and go as we pleased.

Im Afraid to Say the Room was damp, and nothing to make a cuppa, the final straw was being told to keep the noise down, speaking on the phone at 9.00pm decided to end the hoilday 2 days early

Felicity and Johnny make you feel very welcome and make you feel very at home. We stayed for 5 nights, absolutely loved everything about Cornwall, didn't want to come home

Clean comfortable room
Forgot my iron...no problem we were given one to use
Wi fi was available but we didn't use it
Good location for the town centre and close to main route
Only thing I would have changed would be to have a kettle in the room instead of a coffee machine

We stayed for two nights at this B&B and we can honestly say that it was a very pleasant stay. The lady who runs the B&B was very hospitable indeed and treated us like old friends, welcoming us into her home. We occupied the twin room in the ground floor which was spacious, well maintained and clean. The shared bathroom upstairs was perfectly acceptable with an nice large walk in shower. There are no breakfast menus! It's a case of telling the hostess what you feel like on the day. On our first night we were greeted by the house hounds, two lovely little dogs with sweet natures and lovely personalities. We had car problems on our very last night and our hostess was able to point us in the direction of a very helpful garage in Wadebridge. All in all a really nice stay and would highly recommend.
