Lovely spacious family room. Really warm. Comfortable bed.

Love the rooms, so comfortable with all ammenities you need even mini fridge for youre drinks, price of rooms are cheap , easy walkable to more pub in both directions, enjoyed it so much weve booked forvapril this year

Nice setting and must be amazing in the summer

The problem with the Inn was on our 12 night stay, they cleaned the room a total of 3 times. Their excuse was their housekeeper took the week off. They did leave clean towels. We ran out of toilet rolls so we had to call someone to bring some to us since there was no one on site. When they brought towels to our room. The door was left opened. Not very safe. We had the family room so i suggest if you stay in this room with your children think twice. It is over the kitchen and the kitchen staff play their music very loud. It took us a bit to sleep.

It was the 3rd time I'd stayed at the Half Moon, convenient location and cosy room.

it came as a surprise to find the hotel devoid of staff and no breakfast on our Monday morning departure after a 2 night stay.

Lovely room, large bed, large bathroom, great facilities. However received an email 10 days after booking and after cancellation period to say hotel is shut on a Monday and Tuesday and I would have to let myself in with a key from a key store and there were no staff working, nowhere to eat and no breakfast. I arrived in the dark, it was secluded, badly lit and very difficult to get the keys from the key safe. As a woman travelling alone I felt very exposed and therefore hardly slept. I was aware that there were men staying at the same time as one arrived just after me before I had got into my room. I had picked the hotel because it had great reviews and good food ratings. I’m sure when it’s open it’s a different story but I think it should be made clear on booking that It’s shut on Monday/Tuesday.

A nice room above a nice pub. Breakfast isn't included, but it's a short walk into Ironbridge for all the cafes and shops there. The car park is huge but it also a popular spot for drinkers by the river. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was noisy until pub closing, but this wasn't a problem as it is a room above a pub.

Overnight stay at riverside pub. Fantanstic location, friendly staff and a good choice of meals. Accommodation is clean and quiet.

All good and clean. Unfortunately they don’t do breakfast, so that was a problem.

We had really nice room overlooking the river. Very clean and modern. Fabulous bathroom and comfy bed. Great walk to Ironbridge from there. Lots of free parking. Had dinner at their restaurant on the banks of the River Severn. Very busy, so slow service, but good food.

Beautiful setting and really friendly and helpful staff

I’ve now stayed at the Half Moon Inn for 3 weeks in a row for work and it’s never disappointed me once. I even left a ring there this morning and they’ve found it for me and put it in their safe. Great environment for both business and pleasure stays

Great place, nice and comfortable rooms and great food. I’ve stayed there twice in 2 weeks and am back tomorrow.

My brother and I had a spacious family room which was clean and refreshed every day. Bunk bed wasn’t good for an adult but probably fine for kids. Room was warm and shower was strong. Staff were very friendly and helpful in the pub on an evening. Nige was chatty and especially helpful with parking our motorbikes overnight No breakfast included or available, sadly, but a good choice of evening pub grub. Be mindful of long waits on busy weekends.

Very comfortable stay in a beautiful location. Better than photos I think.
