Friendly staff, very comfortable room and lovely Pizza and wine had in the evening

Nice clean hotel lovely Location

Easy to get to from the train station and buses were replaced so no problems with travel. Hotel was lovely and clean. Staff couldn't do enough for us. The only thing for us was the pillows were too soft and the bed slightly uncomfortable, but overall a great stay.

Our stay was horrible the bed was dirty the sofa bed woth filfy. Both of them was hard as hard could be. The food was terrible. I will never stay there again no beeding for secound bed

A quick stopover. Quiet room. All very pleasant & clean. No problems

Hotel was lovely and convenient for the shopping outlet and food in the curious brewery opposite was really good. Not a great nights sleep as very hot in the room and couldn’t get the air conditioning to work properly,no water provided in the room and the cold tap in the bathroom didn’t work.

Very pleasant stay. Lovely room and good selection on breakfast. Parking reserved for us and disabled room very well fitted and comfotable. Tea and coffee in the room.

24-hour reception, very responsive and friendly staff, clean and spacious room, easy to book parking. the best is that they serve breakfast from 6am, which is good for those departing early in the morning. nothing can be faulted

One night stay at Ashford to break up travelling. Hotel is well situated near to Ashford International railway station. Be careful if driving as the hotel car park can fill up and it is best to reserve in advance. Also note that Ashford International car park can work out more expensive than the hotel's option.

We stayed twice in a period of a week at this hotel and BOTH times the front desk staff were rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. They have parking issues and availability here and the staff are very unhelpful and unnecessarily rude. It wasn’t just to us however, I heard them being rude to another elderly guest and his wife checking in. If it wasn’t for location, we definitely would not stay here again. Duty manager “Mihai” and front desk irena were two of the 4 unfriendly staff with no customer service skills. Note to upper management, retrain your staff if you want to have return customers. I’ve been a Hilton member for 5 years and never been treated so poorly.

When I stayed here before it was excellent, this time it was good, the check in was as smooth and there appeared to be computer problems as they couldn't find my booking immediately. On check in they took the full amount from my card and also a further £60 , when i questioned why, I was told it was a deposit? Overnight parking is £12.50 which I thought was a bit expensive, especially when a guest .The facilities were decent with a bar and a limited food option menu. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice. Room was spacious and clean. .The only issue I had was that the switch on the bedside lamp was broken, but when I reported it, more so the staff were aware to the issue than to me actually needing it ( the other lights were fine for my needs ) the manager offered to get it sorted out immediately. If in Ashford again I will use this hotel.
