Breakfast was good.

We were put into a disabled access room, so had to move the seat in the 'wetroom' in order to get a shower properly. Also the floor of the wetroom didn't drain fully, so we had to constantly walk through a puddle of water. Toilet was very dated and the seat didn't fit perfectly, so a slight wobble if you needed to sit down to use! Staff were fantastic, really helpful and friendly, and this was the reason we would go back. Breakfast was very busy and had issues finding a free table and chair, however, we were informed the hotel was at full capacity. Buffet breakfast was ok.

The staff were very pleasant on arrival, although I was surprised by the £25 deposit for potential breakages. Room was very clean and tidy. The complimentary breakfast was of a high standard and again the staff were very courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Air con didn’t work no soap in the dispenser in my room breakfast was a nightmare no seats had to take it back to my room location was the only plus it’s more like a Travelodge than a Hilton

A one night stay here which is a really nice hotel and just across the road from Newcastle station. Bedroom was large with comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.

The room was spacious. Bed was a little too firm for me. Room very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was just ok.

Room was fine - no issues - wouldn’t even bother going down for breakfast - constantly empty and a waste of good time

The ac was making a lot of noises and there was significant noise from the street.

Great hotel, location and car parking Simple and swift check in Superb room and amenities However arrived for breakfast one hour before closing and the lack of food was unacceptable……. what was there was probably cooked and left by everyone…… Eventually the bread was topped up and despite asking for fresh bacon and eggs they weren’t forthcoming and no explanation. Never expected this hence my 2 star marking

We liked the central location of the hotel. Queen Bedroom was comfortable and clean. Good air conditioning. Staff were helpful and smiling. The breakfast was excellent. There's no car parking with the hotel but a discounted rate was given for Times Square car park 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Very quiet hotel opposite Newcastle rail station. Very pleasant staff, room nice and roomy. Breakfast adequate.

We stayed during the heat-wave and we were delighted with the air conditioning.. allowed a really good night's sleep. The bedroom was clean and functional but two tiny quibbles .. no reading lamps beside the bed and no proper make-up mirror .. no proper lighting for this. The staff were wonderful .. helpful, kind, friendly, enthusiastic and patient .. they couldn't have been better. 6 stars! The breakfast was ok .. no frills .. the coffee was dire .. could have been more fresh fruit. The location was perfect .. in the centre of everything yet not noisy, opposite the main station, near shops, art galleries, museums and theatres. I highly recommend staying here.

Hotel is very close to the train station, yet room was quiet. Staff were friendly on arrival and quick check in. Room was very clean with air conditioning and the bed was comfy. The breakfast had excellent choice of food and drinks.
