Very clean and quiet. Easy to everywhere

Fabulous hotel experience. Lovely breakfast! Very close to The Shambles. Convenient and walkable!

We had a great stay at this hotel. So clean and fresh. Very central to all yorks attractions and shops. Only thing I would say is that we had not been informed that you need to prebook parking at the the q park shambles car park. As we thought they'd be able to validate our parking ticket but on check out we were informed that this was no longer possible so we had to pay full price which worked out pretty expensive without the discount. So just for others to take note of this and I think hotel.com should make you aware of this at time of booking.

Only downside was no yorkshire tea it was twinings instead.

Liked its central location to busy city area.

Amazing free breakfast despite us being charged by Expedia for it so not free for us. Don’t have the breakfast add on. Hotel give all guests free breakfast so don’t get caught like we did. Gorgeous hotel and lovely quiet rooms.

Perfect locationto explore York. Short walk to the Minstrel and Shsmbles.

Hotel close to City centre and tourist attractions. Staff helpful and polite. Room clean, modern looking. Large shower.and large TV but apps on TV dont have strong enough internet to stream. Bed was hard and very low. Sofa area nice touch but not that comfortable. Englush breakfast choice limited.

Excellent hotel with spacious, clean, rooms. Great value for money, given that this is a 3-star hotel. They also have a gym, which is a plus. Breakfast was very good too!

Very central to city centre

When we arrived I was very disappointed as the room smelt very damp and the smell was coming from the bathroom which was unbearable. There were opening windows and therefore no way of escaping the smell. Informed reception staff who came up to our room with a spray which in my option masked the smell so I asked to move rooms. We moved to another room which was better but still had no opening windows.

Comfortable bed, spacious room warm and cosy, staff were nice,,breakfast was good and whole hotel was clean and well presented, I would definately stay again.

No car parking as indicated on advertisement. We had to find a public car park

Prompt check in, friendly staff, very clean property.

there was a derelict piece of waste ground next to the hotel but it wasnt a problem. The hotel was perfectly situated for everything. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was well appointed and comfortable. We will definately use again

i had a lovely stay at hampton hilton check in east room was spotless clean warm everything i expected plus central to location i wanted visit breakfast was great staff friendly i'll be back in the near future
