Beautiful apartment with fantastic views of the harbour,

We had an amazing weekend. The apartment was lovely and in an excellent position. Great service from the team Enjoyed every minute

Lovely apartment with fantastic views across the harbour. Few stairs, but worth it for the view. James our host was very accommodating. We will be back.

The location, apartment, service and additional free parking make this a perfect place to stay. The communication from James before and during our stay was fantastic with clear instructions and text message contact very welcome and helpful. The location as described is right opposite the harbour and the Ask restaurant and we had the one bedroom apartment on the first floor. Access is via some stairs via a side door and there is secure parking (in a garage which is shutter controlled by James) a few minutes walk away. You are right on the front and the pictures don’t do this place justice. The flat is very well equipped, warm and comfy with breakfast in the form of cereal, milk, jam and bread all provided. There’s an oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, washer all provided. I would definitely recommend this place and stay again.

Flat is well equipped and comfortable; the welcome pack is generous which includes quality toiletries. Location is right on the sea front and perfect for either walks on prom, time on the beach, time in arcades or simply people watching. Hosts are very knowledgeable and nothing to much trouble which all makes for a hassle free relaxing break. Highly recommend

Great location for exploring on foot. Having own parking garage was a huge benefit. The communication and interaction with the host was very good. We attended the Open Air Theatre and was about a 40min walk. The tea, coffee, milk etc. was a nice touch also.

Excellent central location, above an amusement arcade but no noise problems. Comfortable and well equipped, welcome pack was excellent. Just about everything was provided for our stay. Free covered parking was a bonus even though our car was very dusty when we picked it up.

Beautifully appointed, with everything you could want for a night or a month. The owners were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable (thanks, James, for breakfast, restaurant, transport and cab recommendations!), the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower excellent. Yes, there were stairs - but compensation was the stunning view over the harbour. We'd stay again in a heartbeat.

1st time stay and hope to return. Good communication with James. Apartment modern, clean with great views in central position overlooking the harbour.

Fantastic as always....they think of everything.

Everything was excellent, the apartment, the facilities, the beach hut - amazing - the host James, his staff.... With regards to the resort, great for children (I travelled with my 4 year old grand daughter) but I truggled to find a cafe that did a decent coffee. If you want guaranteed OK food stick to the known brands like Pizza Express, Ask or fish and chips from recommended restaurants because most the harbourside independent cafes need to up their game - overpriced frozen chips and processed meat and bad coffee urgh!

The apartment is situated right on the front at Scarborough rough. The location is excellent and the accommodation 1st class. The team there are very helpful indeed and we couldn't recommend it highly enough

Harbourside apartments exceeded our expectations. Personally welcomed by James and Ian and shown to private parking space. Apartment 2 is luxurious, spacious, very well appointed and kept spotlessly clean. Lovely kitchen area with everything you need for self catering. Upon arrival we had been provided with fresh milk,butter, bread, teas, coffees, cereals, jams and marmalade. This was most welcome. The apartment was a very relaxing place to unwind in and very quiet, although it is on the main street. Luxury accommodation and would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Apartment excellent, everything included in the kitchen for convenience. Very clean throughout. Bedroom was quiet and comfortable. Heating system was faultless and easy to regulate. The decor was very tasteful and pleasing.
