I booked an apartment about 3 months in advance and paid in full in advance with my credit card. About 2 weeks before my check in I received a message that my credit card needed to be updated which was very odd because there was no issues with my card and why would I be getting any warning being I already paid in full months ago I checked my credit card and there was no issues but two days later they cancelled my reservation and refunded my money! So, they were already paid in full and refunded that money which means there was no issue with my credit card but that's the reason they used to cancel me. They then relisted that apartment I booked for much more than I paid for it which forced me re-book last minute a smaller apartment with them which ruined my overall experience. I will never book with them again!

Apartment was lovely. The online check in process using stripe on my android phone simply does not wotk and then it takes ages to get any response from the seller. I met another couple who had exactly sane experience. Shame if they paid more attention to their customers theyd get 5 stars from me everytime.

We had a lovely stay at Hausd in Soho. The room was a real highlight — beautifully designed, very cozy, and exceptionally clean. The location in Chinatown is a major advantage. Despite being in such a lively area, the room was very quiet. We also want to highlight the excellent service: the Hausd team was always available and very responsive. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, and communication throughout the stay was clear  and efficient. Overall, it’s a perfect combination of comfort, style, great service, and an unbeatable location. We would definitely stay here again.

Location and the dwelling itself can't fault it at all.. The issue I had was communication for check in. I received information to verify who I was. Then was email I would get details of checking in shortly. I emailed on the morning of travel to say I did not receive the email, got told it was sent nothing more. I asked if they could resend it again no answer. I email a few more times no response. Got to the location emailed again to state that I was there, yet again no response. I waited for twenty minutes no response, I call the number they hung up on me. I called again and a liverpudlian lady answer, helpful.. Put me through to housekeeping, told her the situation again reading from the crib sheet, you should receive the email... I didn't get the emailed that's the main point, I was getting annoyed as they didn't listen, in the end the email was sent again. I stood outside the property for over an hour waiting for them to respond. The communication was poor and no proper apology. I was left in the cold was not a pleasant start. It would of been nice if they had offered some compensation for the inconvenience of standing in the cold for 60 minutes.
