It was really hot in our room and we felt like the ac wasn’t working

Room 1 bathroom disgusting with toilet being coupled to basin horrible smell when toilet flushed . Room 2 badley fitted windows managed to put fingers between window and frame. Room 3 just about acceptable very outdated furniture and fixings. One female staff member not very apologetic .while others tried there best. So glad only paid for room only would not stay here again.

Its a dated hotel, no way to control the heating. The bed was uncomfortable to say the least. In my room the water pressure was terrible. I would only recommend this hotel if there are no other options available.

The shower was horrible, water was hardly flowing through the shower head. The walls are not neat, some part looked rough and disgusting.

Room lovely, staff nice and very attentive. Bed mattress was very hard and uncomfortable and had only one pillow so had a poor night's sleep.

I booked an Executive twin room which was spacious, bright with a partial sea view. There were two wardrobes with an iron but no safe. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was in a quiet location so I slept well. There were no sockets by the beds for charging mobiles overnight. No room cleaning service was offered during my 4 nights stay, not even at an extra cost although I could request clean towels, linen and cups. The bathroom only offered liquid soap dispensers, not separate body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The bath plug had to be removed the next day with pliars so I had two morning showers standing in cold bathwater. Overall the room was comfortable but not of executive level. The reception staff were helpful. I did not have breakfast or use the bar. Parking cost £5 per night.

Bathroom needs a deep clean, no toilet brush,lots of grime in shower unit very basic room tv remote was full of grime never been cleaned breakfast was cold buffet type. Overall bad experience never again

Walking up big hilĺ from town

Unfortunately night light was broken in my room couldn't turn it off also no tea spoon for coffee only one plug socket overall get what you pay for I guess

Great location to beach and city, within walking distance. The rates were affordable for those on a budget but the rooms felt dusty, dirty, in need of a serious clean and a decent mattress. The staff were lovely, accomodating and helpful.

We were given what can only be called a converted cleaners store.nothing like photos, bath was a half tub akin yo greece,do not waste your time, shocking

Staff friendly enough,rear doorway to smoking area scruffy and door trims hanging off

It was generally clean but the facilities are deteriorating.

I like the location but the rooms should have air conditioning and more comfortable mattresses.

So very dated chipped sink in the bathroom awful old dirty looking floor in the bathroom no air con in the rooms as it was very hot Hotel restaurant smelled of old food

The state of room. Old worn carpet, mould on bath and windows. Damage to wardrobe and drawers. Took twenty minutes to run a bath. I have photographs. I'd like a full refund please?

Great stay but kitchen closes at 8pm after which not even sandwich can be obtained Having been on rsoad since 7am a d in spite of trying to call to say we mightbe late only to be able to leave message on answer phone was frustrating Managed to order Chinese take away which was delivered in a d excellent. Lift very tight for mobility scooter and room right above entertainment and very loud. Fireworks didn't help either. Several families with young children plus dogs slaying too. Staff by enlarge very helpful though

Unfortunately, the mattress was terrible. I could feel the springs and even had back pain for a few days. The water in the outlet and shower had no pressure either.

The whole property is crying out for renovations. How does one run this place as a hotel one wanders and how does one promote and sell it to their customers is beyond belief.
