호텔의 청결도등은 좋았음. 그러나 체크인 시간이 늦었다며 고압적인 직원의 태도는 정말 어이 없었음. 일정 때문에 밤 10시 반쯤 호텔에 들어 왔는데 처음에는 체크인이 늦어 숙박할 수 없다고 엄포를 놓았음. 특히 "지금이 몇 시인지 아느냐?"며 직원이 보인 위압적인 태도는 정말 이해할 수 없었음.

Excellent stay, felt very welcoming upon arrival. Was even offered a room with a larger bed due to my height, but the bed and the room we booked was amazing. Looking forward to our next stay.

This property is set in beautiful grounds and was very peaceful. The host was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and very well equipped. The continental breakfast, fruit, tea & coffee and other provisions in the room were more than ample. All in all, great value and would thoroughly recommend. Would just mention that location of property in at the top of a steep hill.

Very quiet House in the hills above Penzance. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is provided in the rooms with a small kitchen. Muesli, cornflakes, coffee and tees, fresh fruits and bread are available.

Wunderschöner Rückzugsort. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und schön. Es gibt kein Frühstück im herkömmlichen Sinne, sondern im Zimmer ist eine kleine Küchenzeile und man kann sich selbst dort Toast und Kaffe machen. Butter, Marmelade und Obst sowie Saft und Milch sind vorhanden. Für eine Nacht war es für uns perfekt.

Wonderful property just outside the town. Steep hill from town and a car is necessary IMHO. Rooms immaculate. Staff polite. Low contact. Would highly recommend.

this is very expensive for what you get. they are charging top rates about £250 per night...I would expect a deluxe walk in shower instead the shower was in the bath. it was very difficult to regulate the water temperature either too hot or too cold and it was barely a dribble. I would expect sky tv we had a really old tv..the room was very clean but very dated. the bed was too soft. we turned up early and we were not made welcome. im not sure why this place qualifies for such a high price? not even a cooked breakfast all we got was some croissants and bread. its high up on top of a hill so can't walk into town, it is not near a beach.

Beautiful individual rooms on the outskirts of Newlyn surrounded by fields at the top of a hill with views across St. Mounts Bay.

Check in was ok, would have been nice to have had a smile & a hello when we arrived. Felt like we had turned up unannounced. Rooms was very nice & clean, bed however is not a king size but a double. Hotel is at the top of a very steep hill & not within walking distance of Newlyn, at least not on the way back! A nice hotel but a little overpriced for what you get & the host doesn't give the most friendliest impression.

a one night stop over on our way to the Isles of Scilly. we were made very welcome, Covid 19 precautions were excellent. All very good.
