마치 호텔같은 객실용품에 고풍스런 가구들,넓은 객실~농장이라 조용하고 편하게 쉴 수 있는 최적의 장소!!다만 위치가 옥스포드 중심과 먼게 조금 아쉬워서 전체 평점을 조금 내림...그치만 택시로 12파운드정도만 내면 가는 거리고 그럴만한 가치가 충분함!!또 옥스포드를 간다면 무조건 여기서 묵을듯~~

Off the beaten path right in the middle of everything. Room was amazing, breakfast was OMG filling and best of all, the entire area was accessible either by car or bus.

My cousin and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Area was nice and clean. Fortunate to get good weather to enjoy the grounds. Got to see horse dressage and the breakfast was enjoyable. Saw peacocks, birds, sheep, and the dog. We had both the veggie and non-veg option. Uber was our mode of transport- each trip into town was between 15-20 GBP. Nice pub within walking distance. Excellent city break. Would highly recommend.

Parking was easy and accessible

Parking was great! Gemma is a treasure … love her cooking and love of horses!

Easy and secure parking. Straightforward instructions for entry. Very clean, plenty of fresh and good quality and pillows. Comfortable bed. Lovely hot drinks and milk in the room. Great and plentifuk breakfast in the clubhouse. Well-kept grounds.

Excellent stay and property. We stayed 4 nights. We loved the farm. Breakfast was wonderful. Our room was great. Jenna and Laura were very helpful! We will stay again! Thank you all.!

Wonderful experience. Keep in mind that this is a rural B&B and it takes 20mins by taxi to get to central Oxford (because of traffic). Splendid breakfast, Laura and Graeme extremely helpful. Paradise out of Oxford.

Room was Iovely - clean, well appointed and very comfortable bed with high end linens. Nice big bathroom with tub and shower. Beautiful views of a meadow and very quiet. We loved that it was out of the way but others may want to be closer to Oxford.

Easy access to the beach

Lovely room with great amenities. Housekeeper Gemma was great and made a lovely breakfast. Easy, free parking. Wish that there was someone available to address issues that came up in the evening when our door lock would not open. We had to force open the back door. We were on our own until the owner emailed us back the next morning. Shower was insanely hot - too hot and probably a waste of energy. Please include instructions on how to operate the heat.

Sehr saubere, gemütliche Unterkunft, Sehr gutes Frühstück im Nebengebäude. Abgeschlossenes Gelände durch kodierte Torzufahrt. Sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Trips nach Oxford.

Nice stay, easy onsite parking through remote gates leading to property. Good breakfast located a short stroll away at the show jumping club house. Peaceful setting.

We stayed 1 night. The room was very well equipped. Very clean and comfortable, in a great location. Staff were amazing and the breakfast outstanding. Loved it, thank you!

Delightful B&B at the edge of Oxford. Would certainly recommend if you are in the area. They have secure parking and are a short walk to a couple of local pubs.

Nice property. Nice owner. Not that easy to get to town. We hate the British round abouts 😬 Not happy with EXPEDIA. Even with insurance I couldn’t get a refund on a trip mistake I found immediately. Not Consumer friendly.

What a peaceful place to stay during our time in the Oxford area! We really enjoyed the countryside views and early morning visits from the deer and rabbits. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Please note that you will need to drive by car between the farm and Oxford city center. The location can be confusing for taxi drivers.

Laura and Graham were absolutely wonderful and most helpful. The cooked breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had; everything was so fresh and of top quality. The property itself is absolutely stunning; we were easily able to walk in to the main city centre along the scenic river route. The welcome guide in the room gave some fantastic recommendations of what to do in the area and we only wish we’d stayed for more than one night, so we could check them all out. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend. Thank you for having us!

Property was further outside Oxford than we thought. Room was small and not as spacious as we thought it would be. Bathroom was very clean with big bath towels and hot water for a shower. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit, hot toast and tasty coffee.
