힐튼 런던 켄싱턴

런던의 힐튼 중 가장 저렴했던 것 같아요. 아마 시설이 오래되어서 그런 것 같은데, 저는 상관없었어요. 저렴하게 좋은 서비스를 이용할 수 있으니까요. 지하철역이나 버스정거장과도 가까웠고, 아늑했어요. 다만 마지막날 새벽3시에 긴급알람이 울려서 1층으로 대피하는 소동이 있었어요. 다행히 별일 아닌 일이었는데, 그 상황에 대해서 객실 손님에게 설명을 잘해주셨으면 하는 아쉬움이 남습니다.

When someone use a water in adjacent room, I could hear loud noise, and that sound work me up at the middle of night.

This state of the room is very run down, shower handle falling off, holes in the carpet, and paint chips everywhere. Other then that the staff were friendly, but as a Hilton, they really need to up their game.

Room really small but manageable. Shower/tub combo difficult getting in and out of. Staff phenomenal; front desk, concierge & bar and restaurant. Major shopping mall 20min walk, Hop On / Off bus stop right across the street, and nice restaurants all within walking distance. Good quality for the price.

Hotel is somewhat outdated- a lot of things don’t won’t- charging points - lamps in room - tired and flat sofas in lobby - very 1980’s feel- feels like not enough waiting staff in the restaurant- staff pleasant enough

Staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the bathroom, however, I cleaned it myself. I will revisit next year.

In desperate need of a refurb, tired, scratched and dusty room, no sockets let alone usb points near bed, totally outdated would not stay here or in a Hilton again, ridiculous price for massively substandard room.

Stanza minuscola e non corrispondente alla realtà. Foto sul sito ampiamente abbellite. Notizie fuorvianti, tipo la navetta per l'aeroporto che è inesistente. Struttura complicata con scalini da fare trasportando valigie

Poor air conditioning, stained and damaged furniture

Hello we have a lovely time and the staff was wonderful

Just an overnighter while attending an event in London. The hotel is in need of updating to feel more part of the current Hilton brand as it's feeling tired inside now. Staff were friendly, food was acceptable, but not good. Just needed somewhere to sleep really, and this was OK.

There should be improvements on the followings: Wall papers are coming off along the hallway to rooms. Bathroom should be modernized removing those dangerous baths to most modern cubicles. Lobby toilet doors should be replaced or sprayed Thanks

Arrived just before lunch, check in time 3pm, checked in straight away. The receptionist asked why were were visiting, my daughter said, it's Mum's birthday. 20 mins later there was a knock on the door and the receptionist and another staff member stood outside with a bottle of wine, 2 glasses and a card and sang Happy Birthday! What a lovely surprise! Lovely hotel, we only stayed 1 night, price was very reasonable considering some places we have stayed in London which were terrible were the same price! Plenty of space in the room, well lit, clean and quiet. Convenient for the tube. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing fancy but does the job! Clean and in a great area.
