Hotel room was ok but it seems Hilton have cutback on a lot of things . A massive king bed with just one pillow each . One bath towel for two people and no biscuits on coffee tray . The service in the restaurant was terrible we were seated at the table given a menu asked if we wanted water to which we said yes , glasses were out on table but no water we had to ask 5 times for a jug of water . No one came to take our food order we had to ask if we could order our food . The food took a ridiculous amount of time to come out . The food was lovely but by this time it was so late we didn’t enjoy it as much as we would have .

Great hotel, been lots of times always very good. One problem the car park is always extremely busy whenever you go, very hard to find a space.

Staff lovely and friendly. Room really quiet and peaceful

Our dinner dining experience at Beefy’s Restaurant was superb! The food was absolutely delicious!!!

Dining wasn’t all that great so need to make improvements in restaurant- food was mediocre and the ambiance was blah

Beds very hard food really expensive and poor ordered the battered fish and chips £20 and the fish was the blandest thing ive ever tasted told waitress and no Interest said i will tell chef had to ask for the bill 3 times to 3 different waiters before finally getting

Gutes Hotel mit sauberen, großen Zimmern. Nur war unser Zimmer vor Ankunft so stark runtergekühlt, das wir erstmal heizen mussten - das ist unnötig. Außerdem ist das Frühstück sehr teuer für die Auswahl.

Great hotel,location and facilities. Only negative bit of feedback is they charge for bottled water in the rooms (unless you are a silver member or above) and there is no hydration station in the gym, so no access to water, which I was shocked at. I’ve never used a gym where there is no water station before.

Location is fantastic and dining is wonderful. Pitch facing room is superb. However, as in previous years, there were a facilities in the room that were broken - e.g. plug sockets that didn't work, defective audio connection in bathroom.

***** Beware - misleading advertising **** I leave this review after discussing with Hilton, they are happy I post this. Please ignore any pictures of the spa in this hotels ad. It is nothing to do with the hotel and comes at significant extra cost. Hilton will be quick to tell you on arrival this is clearly stated in their small print. 2 people using the spar is an additional £75 - £90 each time (so if you want to use the spa on day of arrival and day of departure you can double this!)

Stayed king suite which was very spacious. Lovely bathroom with separate bath and shower. Bath very large. Very comfortable bed. Staff we friendly. One thing they need to improve is ensuring the amenities in the room are refilled. We had to case coffee and milk several times and no one answered phone to help. Small thing but it should be a standard. House keeping need to double check provisions better.

Great breakfast. Nice and quiet.

Do not stay here. There are so many better options. One staff member was great, but another was impolite, rude and not in the least bit helpful. The Expedia advert is misleading, suggesting that the swimming facilities are available with the basic booking. Parking fees are excessive and the car park was chaos. We arrived at the venue and got ready to go to the gym only to find it was closed for refurbishment; we had not been notified. We found a much nicer hotel nearby, the Hilton does not offer value for money, good customer service or a relaxing environment. We checked out after checking in and are pursuing a full refund through Expedia. The Hilton have contunued to take payments from our credit card. The Hiton are refusing a refund even though we have written confiramtion of the offer of a refund as an email written by the duty manager.

Not the cheapest hotel in the area. Gym was under refurbishment so wasn’t able to use. Spa was an additional £39 parking was £5.

In my opinion overpriced £230 plus £5 parking for one guest.

We had a lovely time at the Hilton.We came for the Cricket and found the hotel to be a perfect choice. The Receptionist was very helpful. Room was lovely. We had breakfast and that was really good quality and good value. If your down this way give yourself a real treat and stay at the Hilton West End
