Nice comfortable stay! Clean and fresh

The room was clean and suitable. I think having to pay for parking was unfair and not stated. I was very dissappointed there was no drink facilities in the room like a kettle. And having to walk downstairs to get a cup of tea was bad, espicually when you are visually impaired and have problems with your knee's. This was also not stated, as I would not have booked here other wise.

I booked 2 x queen rooms only to be told when I arrived that only singles were left. Not sure how that works out. Don’t say on hotels.com that it’s £10 to park until you book. The food took nearly an hour to arrive. And wasn’t work the money. Smallest flavourless , deep fried half chicken. So dry. Horrible. Chips were the same horrible and bland. Nothing at all to to around this hotel. Picture attached.

Nice hotel felt very new. The only reason I have marked this hotel down is because after finishing a night shift I see returned to the hotel at approximately 3am to find music blasting out in the reception area I assume for the pleasure of the employee present at the time. As I was located in room 4 on the ground floor I could still hear it. Add the other air conditioning and boiler sounds that were also being generated it prevented me from getting any decent rest. I appreciate the Hotel was busy but noise seems to be an issue when situated on the ground floor, car park side.

Clean nice hotel

Would stay again. Great stay . Lovely staff. Only gipe was I payed for parking on the car park and it was cheaper to pay through the hotel. I didn't know . I would definitely look out for this chain of hotels else where. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Only stayed one night but staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also excellent. Definitely recommend

Place was what we needed it to be

Great hotel, good location right by the tram for easy access into central Manchester. Very comfortable rooms, we loved the two single duvets, something we adopt at home! Special shoutout to the evening team, especially Sam who went above and beyond! Sam helped us look up what vegan options were available for breakfast to help us decide on whether to have it or not. We were happy to see that there were vegan sausages which was what we were hoping for. Great job Sam! Sam's efforts were sadly in vain as having come down to breakfast next morning we were informed the kitchen didn't have any vegan sausages. Very disappointing and as they are a frozen food, very frustrating too especially as this is supposed to be a sustainable hotel. Such a shame, as otherwise a perfect stay.

As a city fan, I love being close to the Etihad Campus. The staff are great and hotel is clean and quiet.

Amazing experience

Down for a family wedding. We enjoyed our stay, a bit unimpressed no for a holiday inn no kettle in the room or media facilities to connect upto the tv. I also had a sign outside my window on the 3rd floor making a racket as it was windy and it made it hard to sleep. The £10 parking charge was a bit harsh also.

We really enjoyed our stay the Niu Loom. The hotel and rooms were very modern and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with everything we could have wanted. We weren’t so keen on not having a kettle in the room, but got drinks were available in the lobby. The TV didn’t have a very good signal, and only offered a handful of channels, but luckily we had also brought our books. The beds were very comfortable, but the main road outside the window was very noisy all through the night, so I would suggest booking a room on the car park side of the hotel and not the roadside. The car park was an additional £10 but we were offered it for free if we signed up for IHG club on arrival, which was a welcome surprise. The location of the hotel was great, just a two minute walk from the tram station, which took us straight into the middle of Manchester.

Lovely clean room

Stayed one night when going to the AO arena. Very good hotel, rooms nice, staff friendly. Would have liked drink making facilities in the room but drinks were available free of charge in the dining area. Its about a 25 minutes walk to the AO Arena

Friendly staff. Lovely clean room. Room was a little smaller than I thought it would be and was given 2 single quilts on a double bed apart from that the hotel was great for what we needed it for a nights stay
