도시 중심과 적당히 떨어져있어 조용하고 걸으며 도시 구경하기 좋았어요.

친절한 리셉션 직원, 조식 포함된 만족스러운 가격, 아침식사 메뉴가 다양하진 않지만, 음식을 포장해 갈 수 있어 유용했어요. 방은 좁지만 필요한 모든것이 구비되어 있었고, 로얄 크레센트까지 도보 접근 가능했어요. (참고로 저희가 숙박했던 방은 창문을 열면 묘지 뷰였어요) 전반적으로 만족했습니다!

The room was clean, the staff were lovely, the breakfast was plentiful annd it's close to the City centre.

Rooms were good. The girl on reception was super helpful, happy and a credit to you. Breakfast was cold though :(

The room has no draw space and very limited clothes hanging space. The room was cold, air-con didn’t work properly kept switching its self off, bathroom has no heating. We put ‘room to be made up’ notice on our door and all that happened was two small bins were emptied and that was all bed was left unmade!! Shoddy Is this your standard practice? Breakfast was very average, cereal choices were very limited and not very healthy. Orange juice was not juice but a very watery squash. Definitely not worth the £244 a night, plus parking charges. Outside could do with a good clean up too.

Good breakfast. Room was clean. Parking at the hotel was busy but we found a space eventually, which cost about £17.50 for 24 hours. We ended up arriving a lot earlier than our check in time, but we were able to pay for parking in reception before checking in which was helpful. Good location as it's not too far to walk into the city centre (about 20 minutes) and the river is also nearby for a nice walk with coffee shops.
