Holiday Inn Express LEEDS - CITY CENTRE, an IHG Hotel

ITS a nice place

The hotel is located nicely near the city centre. Big let down was the constant traffic noise you could hear all night. You might as well slept on the main road it was that noisy.

I will not book the same place again because the room was very small, not clean, bathroom was disfunctional and did not clean the room next day.

The experience was good,only issue for me was having a room next to the lifts,every time it eas used it woke me up.

Nice and quiet with a bus stop right outside for a short ride into the town centre

Towels were fluffy, linen etc clean and new feel. Breakfast good, no waiting, plenty of. Very poor toilet roll, thin and narrow.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly.

The reception staff are super friendly. Really good check in. Location is great and bar and food service is very good. Rooms comfortable. Breakfast was easy and lots of choice. Would definitely stay here again.

The AC generated some noises when turned on and also car sounds was heard from outside. The breakfast was not perfect but good. Overal not a perfect stay, good obne

Excellent one night stay, staff polite and helpful, room clean, best night sleep ive had in a while, breakfast was very nice with plenty to choose, car park price was £12 for stay which i thought was ok.

Staff very good especially the lady in charge at reception. The hotel suited us - all good except limited channels. First night bed was too small so next days we had twin beds and they were very good. It’s a 3 * hotel in my opinion. Breakfast excellent and nice bar. We would have preferred to be close to city centre. Overall happy with our stay and would stay there again. Another advantage was bus stop for airport across the street. It was good value for money.

I was visiting my daughter at Uni. This hotel was good value as breakfast was included and there was parking on site. We got a taxi into town for about £5. Beds were comfy so it worked well for a weekend stay.
