가족여행에서 만족하였고, 아침식사까지 든든하여 좋았음

It was better than expected. Clean and spacious. I loved staying here and I am willing to stay here again.

가성비 굿! 3성급이지만 나름 잘관리되고 있는 호텔이었음. 조식도 나쁘지않았음

주변에 지하철등의 편의 시설이 좋았다.

음식 빼고 만족함. 아침 조식이 만족스럽지 않음. 기타 방크기가 작음. 침대 편안함. 실내 부대시설 만족함.

Excellent customer service. The room was fine but the second bed(coach bed) was broken and they knew abouts it no action being taken

Alle fenster sind leider übernacht angelaufen und man konnte sie auch nicht öffnen, klima ging manchmal manchmal nicht aber sonst eine top unterkunft sehr gute anschlussmöglichkeiten mit Bus und Bahn. Allem in allem eigentlich sehr zufrieden.

Good Location, Parking was Straight forward, Nice Bar area and restaurant that does a great breakfast with a lot of options. Overall the Hotel is fine and up to scratch with very helpful and friendly staff. The room was comfortable and had all facilities you need, but I feel like hotel in general it needs some renovation ad TLC. When working near that part of London this works for me as the onsite parking and access to local amenities is essential.

Relatively dirty, with mold, outdated hotel. Breakfast staf was very rude.

Helt okej hotel, nära till tågstationen och allt man behöver i närheten för en bekväm vistelse. Lite tråkig frukost då de inte fanns nå pålägg till mackorna.

The breakfast buffet was excellently tasty, very near from station. The room was also so clean and it was wonderful for me to stay there ! I will come to here next time.

Central, tired, packed and very dirty breakfast set up. Did not eat our breakfast on second day as it was really not appealing. Will not be rushing back

First night we froze in our room. Worked with staff to fix the issue to no avail. They said they reset the heat and they messed with the controls in the room, all of which did nothing. They offered a space heater which they never brought. I had to ask multiple times for another blanket. Jacob at the front desk did offer to comp the first night and said he'd switch us to a heated room. The new room still had no functional heater, but they did bring in a space heater. Why they didn't just bring the space heater to the first room I'll never understand--at least we were in a warm room finally. But the rest was awful too: the bed was way too firm, the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. There was a sign that offered feather pillow substitutes, but naturally, they were out of those. The comforter was not wide enough for the bed. There was no refrigerator in the room so bringing leftovers and cold drinks to the room was not an option, nor was there an ice dispenser. One of two elevators was broken for over half our stay. They are advertised as a "3-star hotel" on Hotels.com. This hotel failed to provide the comfort that I would expect from a freeway motel, let alone a 3-star hotel. Hotels.com ought to re-evaluate whether this hotel deserves to be listed on their site and Holiday Inn ought to consider whether or not this hotel truly meets the standards they are trying to set. Either way, I won't likely stay at a Holiday Inn again, and I will be more cautious using Hotels.com.
