Always a good stay. Staff are really friendly and helpful, rooms always clean and tidy, Pool and Gym are really good and staff helpful. Always a really good stay. Food is really good.
Would never look past this place when In area. Value for money is excellent.

upon arrival Christina was very pleasant and helpful checking us in, we later returned to reception to book breakfast, this is time we were dealt with by Charmain, who was also pleasant and helpful.
The Room was clean and comfortable for the 3 of us, we used the pool twice, which was a nice treat to have this downstairs , this too was clean and appeared to be well maintained.
Overall a good experience all round, will book again if we need to stay in the area again

From then friendly greeting at reception to the time we left everyone was very helpful. The room was spacious and clean.My wife was particularly impressed by the lack of mould in the bath area. Again purchasing the breakfast option was a winner as was the food for that matter.

Check in was good, food is very expensive with hit and miss quality. Cleaners very lazy, left a dirty plate and glass in my room after housekeeping. Doors slamming at 0530hrs with no respect to otjer residents, and to top it off there were contractor's chopping down trees outside my room at 0800hrs.

Firstly, this is a hotel you really have to have brought your car to. If you have a car, getting around will be super easy.
Nice comfortable stay, v comfy bed.
My only two gripes - the only food we ate was a dessert we ordered (crumble and brownie) both were below average and at £8 that’s bad. The room temperature wouldn’t change, despite me turning on the aircon

Found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was clean and well presented. The leisure facilities are excellent.
