Excellent location with high Street shops a few minutes way. Beautiful hotel with friendly and very helpful people. The entrance was warm, welcoming and aeshtheticaal inviting. My family really enjoyed our overnight stay and would happily come back! 😊👍

Reception service great, however I booked a double room and got a twin as no other doubles available. The beds were put together but really uncomfortable as kept coming apart during the night.

Hotel is in good position if travelling and using motorway, ideal for one night. Not many places to eat or drink near it but the food deal is excellent value for 3 course meal, the food was lovely. On the downside no milk served with coffee and took several minutes to locate a staff member, we were offered fresh warm coffees in replacement, no remote control for the tv in room, reception gave us a new one, we had a room with bath/shower but the soap dispensers are so high up the wall if your having a bath you can’t reach them.

Convenient location and walking distance to the shops. Seems unreasonable to charge for parking at what is a commuter hotel. Good ample parking facilities. Room was comfortable

Very comfortable stay but it would be nice if a sign was asking guests to respect others sleep when walking in corridors.

Lovely stay. Hotel was very clean and staff very helpful. Breakfast was good expect for the sausage quality and flavour but thats a personal choice.

A great stay! Staff were very friendly and attentive. The service far exceeded what we would except from a hotel in this price bracket. Room spotless and breakfast lovely.

Limited availability of refreshments. No water in the room and couldn’t get any at the bar either.

Hotel près de l'autoroute, très facile d'accès. Check in rapide, enregistrement de la voiture pour le parking, accueil souriant. Chambre tout confort, grande, bien insonorisée, vue verdure, tres propre. 👍 rien a dire. Restaurant sur place. Petit déjeuner buffet, choix et qualité, aucune critique! Check out parfait, avec le sourire. Proche pour visiter windsor me lendemain. Un bel hôtel !!

Good location for London

Everything was amazing. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
