Holiday Inn RUGBY-NORTHAMPTON M1, JCT.18, an IHG Hotel

and helpful and will do everything to serve you. The amenities i.e the pool, gym, etc are just a great extra, more than other gotels offer. They even have a children's area with toys and more. The breakfast is so good for value and a good selection to choose from.

Convenient hotel for a 1 night stopover. Swimming was nice and spa and clean hotel. Rooms are smallish but good overall.

Check in was very slow. Receptionist said I hadn’t paid or booked the two rooms yet I had email and credit card confirmation. Eventually it was resolved but it seemed there were issues with lack of understanding of their check in system. No security when we arrived back at 12pm and the reception area was unmanned and we were able to work to our rooms unchallenged.

Good value for money. Food reasonable although service slightly on slow side. Room very clean but bed was like sleeping on a jelly.

Friendly staff and the lady who helped at breakfast was particularly friendly. The breakfast was great too.

Weg van het hotel is echt wel aan vervanging toe (let op de gaten in de weg en op de parkeerplaats. Verder is het hotel prima. Uitgebreid ontbijt buffet.

Good hotel for a stopover in Rugby. Very convenient location, just off motorway & about 15 minutes from town. Room &. Shower room / WC ok, though very hot and AC didn’t seem to cool it (centrally controlled for heating / cooling) - so had to keep window open, though this was limited. Apart from that very comfortable. Room service had great choice, came quickly and was good. Lots of free onsite parking and plenty of fast EV chargers.

Staff were great, especially the young lads in the bar. Would be great if they could find my aftershave that I forgot to take home. The pie was a bit disappointing tho.

Nice hotel. We were here for 1 night on business. Pool facilities nice. Jacuzzi was a bit too hot for me and the smell of chemicals in it made my eyes sting. Bed a little hard for my liking. Not the hotels fault but we were next to a crying child as well which we could here all night, slightly annoying when we’d come on business without our kids.

Staff very helpful. Kids really enjoyed the hotel.

The best budget hotel I have used, even had room service. This should be the bench mark for all budget hotels.

Good place for a short stay, especially if you have an electric car as there are plenty of charging stations and lots of free parking. Comfortable bed, decent shower, good heating via electric radiator & air con. Room service snack menu looked interesting, though we didn’t need it. Breakfast was ok, though not very hot.

Staff we great. My room was terrible as the door did not close. The cleaning staff at least should have noticed that. However as soon as I drew this to the attention of reception my room was changed.

Room was cold AF. 16 degrees celcius. Hotel is a bit run down. Service is not great
