Im sorry but it was terrible because so strong smell from too dirty carpet. My mom had allegy due to the dusty and the smell of mould from the carpet so I dicided to give up the last night of total 4 night. Im sure obiously that I have asked to move other room where was not in carpet or refund for the one night but they said there was no room for it now and tell about refund for your last night to Hotels.com. I did as they said but the answer from Hotels.com was 'It was special price that not be accepted to refund and the hotel said to ask me to move other room but I refused it. I was very disappointed at Hotels.com even than this hotel !!

혼자서 이용했는데 급하게 구했지만 나름만족스러운 가격에 편안했습니다. 전기 콘센트가 240볼트 라는건 감수하셔야 할듯. 아침도 토스트에 시리얼도 있고 좋습니다.다인실은 이용하지않아 잘 모르겠네요.

저렴한 호텔이며 지하방이어도 해 볓은 잘 들어오고 핸드폰이 가끔 안터지는 것 외엔 별 문제 없었습니다. 시티와의 접근성도 나쁘지 않고 트레블러에게는 적합한 곳 같아요~

여행객에게는 잠만 잘 수있는 공간이 개인적으로 만족합니다. 그리고 역도 가까우며 런던을 즐기며 가격대비 좋다고생각합니다.

Rooms were very small and the plumbing wasn't great.

Nothing was unique. The exterior of the building says it all. However, the bathroom was very clean.

They didnt have enough cords/extenders for all the things in the room. It was very hot, so, I will forgive some of the bs. But the website says ac! NO AC! The room was so hot that though I was on the ground floor, I had to keep the window open. Some girl let her drunk boyfriend in at 2am and they argued all night. The next day they moved me upstairs. I agreed so I could open the window safely. Everything was worse in that room. No fridge. Shower temperature handle was frozen at highest temp. Curtains sucked. Light illuminating hotel shined in all night.

Over priced dirty horrible with horrible smells water not running properly sink blokek fridge with with healt hazards infect whole room health hazard. Never agan

The hotel was welcoming and the room pretty clean if you don't look too closely. The room which I shared with my son was very small. You could not walk to the bathroom unless someone sat on the bed. The bathroom was clean and nice and there were tea and coffee making facilities and a much needed fan - so all the basics were covered. BUT - the traffic noise never stopped even in the middle of the night. The hotel is on an extremely busy road and even with the window closed it barely took the edge off it. So although the hotel is fine for a cheap overnight stay - you will absolutely need earplugs.

Room was very small and didn’t feel particularly clean. Sink in bathroom was blocked. I shared the room with my two young daughters and was asked for their passport at check in which I wasn’t prepared for and for awhile it looked as if they wouldn’t allow us to check in.

The pictures from the website look better. There was a lovely lady and gentleman on the reception and they offered luggage storage abeit in the reception area. The room was serviced every day. Clean towels every day and clean sheets. There was a kettle and tea and coffee in the room. There was a fan in the room. The decor could have been better but overall it was in a good location and it was somewhere to sleep.

quite possibly the worst hotel i’ve stayed in for cleanliness but the receptionist was helpful and location was good room was small bathroom smelt mildew and damp hot and no air flow dust behind radiator paint coming off the walls

Was soll man über ein Hotel in London schreiben? Für die angebotene Leistung zu teuer. Extrem kleines Zimmer, Badezimmer kaum Platz und schrecklicher Geruch. Einzig positive ist die Lage, direkte Busanbindung ins Zentrum. Fussnähe (15 min) viele Lokale zum Essen

When I got to the hotel it was closed. The are two phone numbers one in the door saying to contact for assistance- when I phoned this number the phone was switched off, I left voicemails which no one returned. There was another phone number on the sign, which is also the same as Expedia and this number just rang out. There are key boxes on the doors, but no one left me a key or sent me a code if the hotel had had to close in an emergency. I was there left on my own with no access to the hotel room I had booked and paid for. I had to then phone another hotel and check in at premium price late at night or would have had nowhere to stay, nearly a week later and still no one had returned my calls or sent me a refund!

Great hotel, 5 minutes walk to Olympia conference center, staff were very friendly, allowed me to check in very late due to traffic on route however was clean and staff helpful! Will stay again and would recommend!

The room stank of sewage.

Not bad for a smalk room . Clean and very near to places i wantvto be.

Fine for a one night stay and for what we paid . Our room was very small and on 2nd floor, seemed to be on a tilt . Very hot and stuffy, fan was provided.

Perfect for a short stay in London. Clean. Linen and towels clean and good quality.
