직원들은 대체로 친절했고, 우리의 요구를 잘 들어 주었습니다. 하지만 침대는 너무 형편없어서 지내는 동안 힘들었고, 잠 잘때에도 삐그덕 거리며 신경을 쓰이게 했습니다. 또한 에어콘이 없어서 더울 때 힘들었습니다. 주변은 분위기는 괜찮았고, 근처에 마트가 있어서 저렴한 가격으로 간식을 먹을 수있었던 점이 좋았습니다.

싱글룸(더블베드)에서 묵었는데 침대나 화장실 상태가 괜찮았어요. 조식엔 크로와상, 토스트와 커피가 나오구요. 다른 건 다 좋으나 위치가 역에서 십분가량 떨어져 있습니다. 중심지로 가려면 좀 걸어서 버스나 튜브를 이용하셔야해요. 그것빼곤 만족입니다.

Everything was good. Didnt have any real problem with the room. Just for the notice there is no elevators in the building.

Good location - handy to central London, Great public transport connections. Easy to get to Heathrow. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice Staff were very pleasant. Room cleaned every day,

受付する際のスタッフさんが丁寧でした。 部屋はツインで、1人には十分な広さでした。 冷蔵庫、ケトルもありました。

Room was decent, toilet paper wasnt replenished unless asked even when it ran out, soap was not replenished in the bathroom when it ran out, mini fridge was not clean and even had a few hairs inside, shower door has a constant leak so that when you finish your shower, theres a large amount of water on the bathroom floor, shower almost never gives HOT water, usually just warm water, we tried during mornings and evenings and it was the same problem. Some parts of the floor were dusty. There was scaffolding outside the building and construction rubble as well, which ruined the view and was an absolute eyesore. Also due to the scaffolds, we were unable to open any windows when it got too hot in the room. All in all, these were not major issues or deal breakers, I didnt mind my stay too much. The staff were super helpful and friendly, and the location was good and close to multiple underground stations. Unfortunately for the price i was expecting something better.

Clean, warm but cramped room, no table, chair or bedside cabinet. Had to put Kettle on floor almost under bed because plugs low and also nothing to rest cups or kettle in. Very noisy road so unless earplugs no sleep possible. WiFi spotty. Toilet seat loose, had to rest tray on rubbish bin to make a cup of tea. Very poor layout

Clean room, comfortable bed. Only small niggles being bathroom needs a shelf above sink for toothbrush etc and toilet roll holder on the wall as opposed to putting toilet rolls on cistern. Also could do with a small table on other side of double bed as. Nowhere to put glasses.

Room was neat , bathroom was very neat

Kleines Hotel. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip vollkommen ausreichend, aber kein Luxus. Gute Lage in einem schönen Stadtteil.

Loved the location and friendly check in. Great hotel hospitality.

The vent was dirty which could have impacted my sisters asthma, we had to buy anti bac wipes to clean the fridge due to mould. Before we cleaned the shower and sink it smelled like something died in there. To add to this they charged a damage deposit that was not mentioned prior
