직원들은 대체로 친절했고, 우리의 요구를 잘 들어 주었습니다. 하지만 침대는 너무 형편없어서 지내는 동안 힘들었고, 잠 잘때에도 삐그덕 거리며 신경을 쓰이게 했습니다. 또한 에어콘이 없어서 더울 때 힘들었습니다. 주변은 분위기는 괜찮았고, 근처에 마트가 있어서 저렴한 가격으로 간식을 먹을 수있었던 점이 좋았습니다.

싱글룸(더블베드)에서 묵었는데 침대나 화장실 상태가 괜찮았어요. 조식엔 크로와상, 토스트와 커피가 나오구요. 다른 건 다 좋으나 위치가 역에서 십분가량 떨어져 있습니다. 중심지로 가려면 좀 걸어서 버스나 튜브를 이용하셔야해요. 그것빼곤 만족입니다.

Everything was good. Didnt have any real problem with the room. Just for the notice there is no elevators in the building.

Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel 65 war eine große Enttäuschung. Bei meiner Ankunft am 29.12.2024 funktionierte die Heizung im Zimmer nicht. Zwar wurde das Problem nach etwa einer Stunde behoben, jedoch war dies kein guter Start. Am nächsten Morgen gab es kein warmes Wasser, sodass ich nicht duschen konnte. Am 31.12.2024 wurden die alten Handtücher zwar entfernt, jedoch keine neuen bereitgestellt, und auch andere Zimmerutensilien wurden nicht aufgefüllt. Als ich mich an der Rezeption beschwerte, bekam ich nur die Antwort: „Das ist so passiert, beschweren Sie sich bei Expedia.“ Die fehlenden Grundausstattungen und die unprofessionelle Haltung des Personals haben meinen Aufenthalt äußerst unangenehm gemacht. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.

The hotel is located in the centre of London, within walking distances from Shepherd's Bush and Hammersmith tube station and Kensington Overground. Next shopping centre, pubs and take away restaurants are in vicinity. The room was clean, equipped with everything you need, everything worked well and it looks beautiful. However, Shepherd's Bush Road is a very busy road, day and night and it's in proximity of a fire brigade station. As the permanent traffic produces a lot of noise, a soundproof window would be a reasonable investment which would increase the comfort.

el desayuno malisimo, muy limitado y te estan constantemente vigilando, el horario es muy reducido de 7:30 a 9:30, a esa hora has debido de terminar, pq te quitan la comida, y si te tienes que ir antes por motivos de vuelo, que lo normal es que te den algo para el viaje, en este hotel no. Le falta muchos detalles, como por ejemplo al guna balda en baño (que parecerá una tontearía, pero hasta que no te falta no lo hechas de menos) ya que no tienes ni donde apoya un cepillo de dientes, es de todo menos practico hotel nada recomendable.

El alojamiento está muy bien , se ve que las habitaciones están recién reformadas. Nos quedamos en el número 61 habitación 9 y genial para 3 personas. Tiene una parada de bus en la puerta y 3 paradas de metros a 10 min cada aprox

Exellent staff, great position near the underground services (Hammersmith or Shepred's Bush) with bus stop next the hotel. Very good and assortite International breakfast (for italians guest no espresso coffee or cappuccino). The room It was daily cleaned with new towels, private bathroom, little but confortable. If we will come back in London one day, we will book again in this hotel. Thanks for all !

Alojamiento bien situado, a 10 min del metro caminando.supermercados y restaurantes cerca. Habitaciones limpias, silenciosas, el personal muy agradable. Excelente para pasar unos dias de vacaciones.

Great location with bus stop right outside. Great bakery and pubs etc very close. Our second stay and we'll be back. Lovely room with fridge. My husband struggles with stairs so we were given a room on the ground floor. Staff very attentive and accommodating in the main. Clean and lovely new breakfast room. Very busy at the weekend so avoid that if you can.

The location was great, very close to the city center. The only negative aspect is that the shower was partially open, but they offer a daily cleaning service.

Great location, close to public transport and nearby cafes. Very clean hotel, room is small but has everything you need for a quick stay. I'd say the only major downside was the noise coming through the room window - the window is not fully flushed against the window frame, so there is noticeable street sound and noise coming into the unit. It might be a problem for some guests (I was able to sleep fine though). There was also no easy way to hang towels in the bathroom, which was a small inconvenience. Staff were very friendly though, provided a second pillow when I asked, without trouble.

Prima hotel wel gedateerd maar schoon. 10 minuten lopen naar de metro. Goede locatie.
