Personale molto cortese, stanze nella norma senza grandi pretese. Ambienti molto caldi, pavimento con moquet nel complesso abbastanza pulita, bagno piccolo ma con doccia comoda, acqua semrpe calda. Colazione non eccessivamente abbondante ma piu che sufficiente per una colazione tra dolce e salato.

Did not eat here for breakfast. For the price the room could have had working hot shower and been more clean and a little more comfortable. However, staff and location were great.

Staff fantastic, room clean but super small. Shower would not run hot and breafast starts at 7 which is fine when on hols but not for working people. Would stay again but only one night

I had to change the initial room because the sink was blocked. And the second room had the same problem. The room is super small and it is inhuman to call such a box a room and to pay normal market price as if it is a normal room. In the first room I had half squaremeter to move and in the second room I haf only 1,5 squaremetrr. It is really insane.

Reception staff were polite, friendly and helpful. I was given an upgraded room owing to my having a medium sized suitcase with me. However, even the room I was allocated was 'bijou': barely large enough for a carry-on bag. The hotel was clean. The stairways and passages were cramped, owing to the age and design of the building. The single bed was comfortable and, despite the room looking out on to Gower Street, it was quiet at night. Breakfast was a little disappointing, having just returned from a hotel in Belgium I had slightly higher expectations of what constitutes a Continental breakfast. A choice of bread rolls would be preferable to rather poor quality sliced bread. Coffee that had been allowed to go cold was less appealing than the Nescafe in the room.

Shower was barely a trickle meaning washing shampoo out of your hair is nearly impossible. The general walls were full of cracks and lack of paint where flooding (presumably) had been. Large step up to bathroom and then step down into shower.

Hotel bien placé, bon petit déjeuner. Un peu vieillot mais confortable. Le personnel est très sympathique. Il serait préférable de revoir les tables et chaises de la salle de petit déjeuner car elles prennent beaucoup de place et ce n’est pas pratique de se déplacer. Globalement satisfait.

Shower didn’t work. I was told the boiler was broken. However even when that was fixed the thermostatic mixer shower did not work. Room is very small. Room G3 WiFi did not work, kept dropping out. Room used to be a corridor and has been made into a bedroom.

Incredible value for money. Much better than I was expecting for what I paid. Clean, tidy and comfy. Price included breakfast which I thought would be very basic but was actually very good. Will definitely use again when I'm in London.

Super small, terrible bathroom and they charged me a lot of money without any reason.

Room was reasonably clean, but the cabin single is very small. Furniture was past its best, external door from the room which did not lock. Bathroom very tired and shower in particular felt a bit grimy, did not drain properly. Staff were polite and helpful, the location is excellent.

Area

Decent stay for just overnight in London. Would not be too convenient for those with babies.
