The room was fairly clean no smell the carpet needed a bit of cleaning just a bit of smell from one of the pillows not that bad and the kettle was not unusable because it was not cleaned from inside, there was nothing use to mop up the water in the shower it was wet but the rooms were very spacious shops were near by only 2minute walks and 10 minutes walk to the beach staff were very good

Stayed for 1 night in a 2 bedroom suite as 2 adults and 2 teenagers after a long day at the Pleasure Beach. Arranged a late check in, staff were very helpful and friendly before hand over messages and on arrival. Room was clean and tidy, nothing fancy but perfectly fine for somewhere to just lay our heads for the night. Shower was hot and powerful. There were only 2 bath towels and no hand towels, but I am sure if I had have needed more they would have happily provided them. The hair dryer wasn't working but I asked for a replacement and it was provided immediately. The top bunk of the bunk beds is not really suitable for an older teenager, it was creaky and she was a little uncomfortable, but the double bed was very comfortable. The curtains in both rooms were thick and kept the light out. All together, a pleasant stay at a decent price.

Nice new hotel. Little gem. Just be wary that there is no parking outside due to the permit parking area in Blackpool that the hotel is located in (outside the hotel's control). However, we will definitely be back regardless of this.
