An old property in need of TLC

The staff were lovely. The room was tired and not particularly clean, especially the bathroom (not flushed from previous occupant) and the open wardrobe was full of dust webs. Bed not particularly comfortable either, but it is a budget hotel.

Clean and comfortable although tired and worn in places. Staff helpful as needed.

The room had a strange odour similar to blocked drains , left the windows open all night . Woken at 4am with doors slamming and people coming up the stairs didn’t sleep again until I left at 9.30 after a shower in a very dated shower .

Roon wasnt clean there were stains up the wall . Broken tiles on the bathroom floor that were sharp . Bed side light wasnt working and hanging off the wall with bare wiring showing . Bathroom door wouldn't close .

Hotel was basic, but great value for money. Disappointed the pool table is no longer there, photos on website needs updating . Area ok, parking good. Didn't eat in hotel, bar area looked nice , would stay again

The staff and breakfast was very good. Hotel is a bit run down looking, but still safe and clean. Great hotel for work - not if you are looking for lots of amenities.

Not able to tick all the boxes. Room allocated not a good start reason strong fish smell. Complained moved to another room much healthier. Contaminated room was investigated and room quarantined. Staff were very helpful.

The shower rail fell off lack of a bin in the room bed was uncomfortable

Tom who checked me in was funny and great and helped out with any of my queries and needs.

Had a problem with the shower which was fixed that same day. Friendly staff and a good value stay.

Hotel in great and easy position to get to, breakfast buffet very good, room very clean but also very dated, not worth the money we paid, alittle tatty in places and never enough drink making ingredients but ask and you will receive. Had a ground floor room not the best place but had no extractor in bathroom, but over all good would stay again if spruced up.

Everything was perfect for our 3 day stay. The room was fine, the breakfast was tremendous and the staff very nice.
