The A/C was worthless, and in mid-July in a Europe heatwave it is vital. Even with the thermostat all the way down to what it would allow, I NEVER felt any cold air coming from the unit. It was telling when I saw the portable fan on the shelf...so I had that fan running all the time just to move the hot air. The windows cracked open slightly only with security block...the hallway was actually cooler than my room. It was not a comfortable stay at all. Fortunately it was only for one night prior to my cruise. But note I will NOT be booking this hotel again for my next cruise stay. I can say that is it very close to the cruise port, that's its only positive. But there are other options. Maybe in winter I would go here, but never in summer when A/C is vital.

It is a budget hotel with an amazing location! The mattress was 2-3” deep, but the room was clean and quiet. The air wasn’t super powerful, but a fan was included in our room. The hotel is 10 minutes walking distance from mall, titanic museum, ikea. And cruise port!! I’d stay here again!

Das Zimmer war erschreckend klein, abgewohnt und erinnerte an eine Spelunke. Für eine Nacht war das gerade noch so passend. Wir waren wirklich froh wie wir das Hotel wieder verlassen konnten. Wir fühlten uns gar nicht wohl. Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war auch ganz in Ordnung - frisches Gemüse und Kaffee waren gut.

Clean, comfortable room, ideal stopover for cruises. Good breakfast. No evening restaurant.

Pésimo servicio sin aire acondicionado

Booked the hotel a week in advance, on arrival at 9.30pm my room had already been sold on. I was offered an alternative hotel which I had no option but to take. Both receptionists took an age with only half hearted apologies. Nothing offered as an apology other than being told there was complimentary water in the fridge! I work away all the time and this was completely out of order !

Rooms were clean but could do with an update. A scale for weighing suitcases would be an added bonus.

Staff were great. Well located for walking around historic sites and museums. That said, there was NO air conditioning in the room, hallways or lobby. Poor workmanship on installing doors and fixtures. Bathroom door would not open all the way and had ti be closed to get to room door. Shower VERY hard to turn on. No bedside end tables. Few electrical outlets.

Very expensive for a tiny room with barely any space for our suitcases. The bathroom was disgusting with mold all over the grout.

Great location and good price. Breakfast was Ok but the orange juice appeared to be orange squash which wasn’t great. I would come back and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Genuinely a really poor uncomfortable stay. Yes, you get what you pay for but the bathroom fittings are rusting, huge noisy units on the outside wall and cramped rooms really lead to a poor experience.

A very good standard hotel that's got everything just right for traveling people. Breakfast was very good, if you couldn't find something you like there is definitely something wrong. Didn't use the bar. Staff were very helpful and nothing to much trouble. Overall a great stop over

No AC in property. Not mentioned when I booked a room. Terrible during heatwave.

The on site staff were excellent, with several employees showing great commitment to making our stay as good as it could be. Unfortunately, the standard of maintenance disappointed and ws exposed by the hot oppressive atmosphere in the building and in our room in particular. The cooling system was totally dysfunctional and our room was permanently very hot and stuffy, dangerously so in my opinion. On request, staff provided us with an air circulating fan, but this was the best they could do as the built-in system simply did not work. Food and beverages services were good and the whole hotel appeared clean and tidy, difficult when there is rapid turnover of guests. Organisational investment is urgently needed to improve matters further, but congratulations and thanks to the staff, including the on-site management and reception.

Small rooms, no air conditioning (but maybe, that’s just UK hotels), limited breakfast options….but very clean, with helpful, thoughtful staff. Maybe a bit overpriced for the value received.
